Pilotasso... no worries.. just arguing because I can.(:argue:) ....sorry if I came a bit "off"..... Weta... my grandson sees these POS 4 cylinder cars his eyes just widen and think they are cool.. But get your butt in 8bangin 350 (any remember 454?) and step on the gas from a stop. Nothing beats that raw H.P. feeling...... :shocking: So now America due to economics is being switched to 4/6 cylinder 89-180hp POS and it's being marketed as the cool thing to have... I really miss that "loving feeling" .... Which reminds me of a amusing little piece.. I remember having a piece of junk Cadallic Seville (a '74 i think - 10cyl). Back in 1983, I was on my way to vegas from LA when 3 cylinders died while I'm in the middle of the desert. It didn't even faze that engine. But I do vividly remember getting to my destination .. taking out the key...and the car kept running for 15 minutes...chugga...chugga...chugga... bang!...phszzt...chugga... chugga bang (repeat for 15min)!! I got in it 2 days later (didn't do a thing to it ) and drove back to LA. .. guess what happened when I got home in LA..... you guessed it.. chugga...chugga...chugga... bang!...phszzt...chugga... chugga bang!! NOW it blew a head gasket..... try that with some wussie ( :baby: ) 4 banger!!!

OT: Any Fighter Ops Insider here?

some action there..but it's quiet. -
not knocking you guys.. but in my personal experiance.. both as a backyard mechanic and a owner/user..almost every car I've had from europe has died. I've left Fiats, Audi's, VW's on the side of the highways to be towed away... (must admit..I only owned one BMW and I traded it in - it didn't die on me) But back to the main point I was trying to convey to Pilotasso, is america is not full of egotistical maniacle dimwits who absolutly have to expand their manhood by buying Hummers/Escalades/F450's or have to boost their egos by doing so. Now I have a Sonata. It's ok and comfortable..but performance wise..there is much to be desired. At 28k I can hear and feal that engine getting tired, yet my older POS rust-mobile, GM Dynasty (115K) kept on tickin until the rust made the floor board on the passenger side drop. (and since the wife looks nothing like Barney Rubble...I had to get rid of it fast).. anyway... back to work for me. ttl

Those viper is definately sweet... Wait till you see a Shelby.. you'll pee yourself. (if I only had the cash) Alot of folks here have the big cars. some for status, some for safety, some for tax write offs. But to ambiguously say we all want to drive these hogs is sterotyping. My last visit to both Ireland and England..those folks on the motorway were pushing those 3/4 cylinder cars to some ungodly speeds and I was was going 70mph (120kph?) and they were passing me up like I was standing still... Now if you all will excuse me I got to get ready and watch Jack Bauer save the world by making Chuch Norris knock himself out....

I concur... also.... Our fellow european neighbors forget we have a vast stretch of land to cross. Every foreign car, vw, bmw, saab, renault I have owned here just can't hold up to the continuous straight high speed highways we have here. They all die horrible boneyard deaths... Consider this senario... go 30miles one way to work (avg) @60mi a day (100km) now do that 5-6 days a week...now lets' go 1000mi to visit family (or vacation / getaways). now repeat this 3-4 times a year. The little cars just die because they are not designed for long straight roads.... City driving...yeah... smaller cars make sense..but suburbia / country... forget it... the smaller cars just don't hold up. (well.. maybe the "newest" ones)

noooooo..... say it aint so... you came out of the womb with vegas in hand..!!!

My Grandson watches G4...and I saw this.. there is a whole lot more... It was damn funny.. One gag in the show.... a big dildo (blurred out a bit) going thru the street of Frisco and a newsman reporting 'live' on large Kha'ahk going thru the streets... (the rest of the report you can figure out...) They did this type of stuff through out the G4 episode... a Kha'akh here..a kha'ahk there.... LMAO on that show.. Strangely I felt a tingle when Morgan said she wanted to blow some kha'ahk ....up.

You do realize that it took the former soviet union aprx 15 years to come up with the 27 to "answer" the US's release of the 15? In those days ..the soviets were all crying... Да! Мы можем сделать его к! The 15 for the next 10yrs of so aftereward maintained a unparralled superiority and at the least..an equality. The last 6 years are a different story...hence the push for the 22.

I think it's more of a case of not knowing... for example in this thread.. there is to be work done onthe 120c in Blackshark. I didn't know this... Is this a AFM fix?.. will the soviet counterpart also be fixed along with it.? Many times threads will have the one post or two of relevant information on page 6. (after 2 pages.. my eyes kinda blur and I click somewheres else). anyway...good nite to all -

You just made my point. Before the decision to switch to BS only thing that was done was the SU-25t. This beast could very still be VERY much be alive if some other addons could be done. Shiat.. I would fork over $50 usd for a proper F15 and it's counterpart nemisis. Why not the A10 to match the su-25? ...anyway this conversation is moot and nothing good will come of it... so peace to all... -

Hi GG.. But think about it .. you...a paying customer is essentially not getting what the damn box said.. and since that time....nothing has changed. You have invested considerable amount of time and money to this game(as we all have).. but it's still not the "sim" it was marketed to be. I agree with coffee and the intial poster. (overall) The quandry is quite simple on this forum. You be polite..and your ignored You be "loud" and your ignored..(but bashed by fellow "lomac-ians") and in some cases banned/warned. Either way..it's a put up or shut up attitude. LockON is done. kaput.. nowhere'sville.. fini....stick a fork in it.... It's now BS or nothing..... You may disagree,,, but this is how I feel about this situation and ED in general. (and as Goya pointed out.. it became an economical decision) -
Can you be more specific? Exactly what is your problems? ..and discussing a crack/hack for SF for LO is not allowed here..

OT : A fact about 911 flight 93 movie and the US airforce
bflagg replied to emenance's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
I'm sorry to say.. this movie is just another attempt at hollywood to sensationalize stuff...just so they can make a buck.... This is the wrong type of thing to do such a thing with.... just my opinion... -
Can we assume your running the latest Cat Driver.. ???

Hi guys... Go to your input directory and delete your saitek.ini file (I just delete them all... lock recreates on startup) then give it a go... Also.. did you set your calibration up in control panel ? in the lockon axis setup, is there enough play? what software version of the drivers you using.. For me, if I try anything newer than the 4.3.3.2000 drivers.. I got weird results.
