  1. I like that idea. Personally, I always turn it off at beginning of mission.
  2. Personally I've never used this and will probably never use this feature. IMHO I would hope Belsimtek wouldn't waste their time on it and instead work on other more important features, again IMHO.
  3. What is the proper shutdown procedure?
  4. Just updated and have been testing. Everything works great. Thanks!
  5. Let me rephrase his question a bit. So, since the mistake a couple of weeks back with the wrong update being pushed out, does that mean the correct update is now available and in the proper cue? If I update now, I'll be downloading the correct update and not the wrong one with a hotfix or two?
  6. LOL...except that SkateZilla's answers are actually correct and not Cliff Claven BS.
  7. Welcome. You are going to have a lot of fun.
  8. It should be...just for you. :D
  9. @SkateZilla You should be the forum librarian. You find answers to everyone's questions.
  10. I too use a Thrustmaster Warthog. I use the little gray wheel on the throttle quadrant as my official "throttle" for the Huey.
  11. That is some great hovering! I'm always bouncing all over the place.
  12. LMFAO! :megalol:
  13. Took me a while to figure this a while ago as well. With that experience I would add make sure throttle is rolled back to idle. That is probably the main reason for your issue. It was with mine.
  14. Superb thread gents. Been starting to pay more attention to my radio skills in the Huey, trying to figure out how to use them in flight. Great videos wess!
  15. Okay, thank you.
  16. Beautiful videos BBall!
  17. I believe that would be in the DCS World manual which is updated from time to time.
  18. Bump yet again for reference. :joystick:
  19. Bump for reference. :lookaround:
  20. Nice find. Thanks for posting.
  21. When flying with an AI helicopter in a mission I've made, we both land and when the AI shuts down and I shut down there is a low, throbbing hum coming from the parked AI helicopter.
  22. Also, very hot temperatures set in the sim will make it extremely difficult for your helicopter to climb or hover. You've heard the term "hot and heavy?" So for example if you play a mission in it with July, August temperatures and you are going to be climbing mountains, you need to lighten load. Either fuel or armament or both.
  23. That made my day...
  24. There are two tabs. You are looking at the leftmost one. Look at the other tab in the module manager.
  25. Great video!
