Wouldn't the particular version of the F-15E you guys are modeling have either the Red or the Green version installed? Whichever reflects reality for the version of the F-15E you guys are modelling i suppose. It will after all be a DCS branded title.

Already?

The Toad (Su-25T) appreciation thread
159th_Falcon replied to Nate--IRL--'s topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
Sure do, awesome plane and handles quite well. Especially the -A. -
Assuming you have DCS World installed go to this page; http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?scr=product&ProductId=13&end_pos=136&lang=en And download the installer. Once done run it as administrator, once the game asks you (and if) enter your BS2 upgrade activation key. (if you already have BS2 upgrade installed as stand alone you may not need to activate it again in DCS World)

I'm afraid its a bit like the end of the world on 21-12-12. It is coming, its just delayed a bit.

That article you linked to is at foul to. Here's why; So no one would have been on the 3rd floor. According to the author of this article at least Oh wait, looks like he changed his mind, the whole team was on the 3rd floor. Its how they got in....... Really, the guy can't even stick to his own story????

Random DCS.exe crash whenever I join certain servers
159th_Falcon replied to Nuclearwinter76's topic in Multiplayer Issues
For FC 3 you need to have Lockon OR FC2 installed. This is due to legal requirments from UBISOFT. (which owns lockon) As for the crashing, got you post system details, windows version, 32/64 bits. Also, did you install the game and run the game whit administrator rights? (assuming vista/7) Given the fact that its in multiplayer, could be the integrity check. Meaning that certain files on your computer are different then on the server and hence the server is kicking you out. (this is a feature to prevent cheating, for example putting aim120's on a10c's) I'd suggest running the Updater (as administrator) and after that the repair dcs world.exe (again as administrator) both can be found in; start, all programes, eagle dynamics, dcs world To find your "CD/Activation keys" go to; http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com On bottom left log in using account you used to buy everything and then go to "payments" All your purchases will be listed here including the activation keys. -
Makes perfect sense first option is just what your normally getting in game second one is rendering water as far as you can see, hence a decent hit in frames third you don't see any water, nor ground textures, hence far less stuff to render, and thus higher fps then in 1. Nothing odd there.

Not sure if it will fix your problem, but the version of A10C you downloaded is the stand alone version. Not the installer for DCS World, which you can download here; http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?scr=product&ProductId=8&end_pos=136&lang=en ***edit*** Sniped by Aldega, looks like your in good hands though.

As far as i know Starfoce has never been the issue causing someone not being able to use DCS World or any module contained therein. Yes Starfoce did cause problems way back in the early days, but that's history. Only thing i can think off at this point is running the repair.exe, you can find it here; start, all programs, eagle dynamics, dcs world, repair dcs world Make sure to run it as an administrator. If that fails, some other information that would be helpful for troubleshooting this issue would be; Did the game ever work on your system? If yes have you installed anything recently after which you got this error? When exactly are you getting this error? When launching from the Desktop.exe When loading a mission. Once a mission is loaded and you press fly or otherwise unpause the game etc etc. ***EDIT*** Given the fact you just purchased the game. Could you post the links to what you have bought and where. Could you post the links to the files you installed and downloaded. Asking because you need to download the right file set for DCS World in order to install A10C into it. Might be that you used the wrong A10C installer for this purpose.

I like the idea but, lets first wait what possibilities, and more importantly limitations EDGE brings.

New su27 6dof cockpit to come!
159th_Falcon replied to falcon_120's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
Awesome timing ED, one of the best xmas presents i have had. Question though, will the SU-27 6DOF pit extent to the SU-33 as well? Hope so cause currently they share pits. (well, they did in FC2 didn't fly su-27 in FC3 yet) -
How can i use SP payload profiles in MP?
159th_Falcon replied to Watari's topic in DCS: A-10C Warthog
Try pressing Lalt and ' This brings up a menu so you can make your own payload on the fly. Not quite what you are looking for but it gets the job done. (and your not dependent on presets) -
thank you for the clarification.

What if this gets updated whit the auto-updater but i have this mod installed? Will i have to remove the mod or will the auto-updater just do its thing?

Unofficial List of Upcoming DCS Aircraft
159th_Falcon replied to Bluedrake42's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
True, but one doesn't have to research the system anymore if they already did so for FSX right? Hence freeing up some time for the actual coding/testing side of things? -
Its not an coincidence. That's what the abbreviations actually mean.
