  1. EvilBivol explained why things are being done this way. I'm not sure what's left to discuss. There's no other option but to be patient.

    DCS C-17

ED is probably waiting for a holiday sale :D
  3. I'm not sure if there will be a sale for the Mi-8 this christmas, as it may still be in beta then ... oh wait ... :D
  4. That pilot makes it look easy ...
  5. Licensing prerequisites are irrelevant. If it can't be used without DCS World, it's a module ... DCS A10C and BS2 being the exceptions, since they're both standalone products (no longer updated) and DCS World modules (still being updated).
  6. Ehm, that's Tblisi-Lochini airport.
  7. Strictly speaking, the FC3 aircraft will be updated to match the individually released modules. (they are the same) If you want to have the FC3 flyables without the requirement of having a Lockon license, you'll still need to buy the individual modules, as they become available. There's no indication of a possibility of converting FC3 keys to keys for the individual modules, thus removing the Lockon requirement.
  8. Not our problem ...
  9. It was never on the tracks ...
  10. Well, that's a 28.8k modem, at 3200 baud.
  11. In case you're referring to a 28.8k modem, it's 3200 baud ...
  12. Define "very well", and your source ... ;)
  13. I'd answer that if it weren't a rhetorical question.
  14. Don't forget Windows caches data in RAM as well. In your 4GB configuration, there was barely any RAM left for general data caching, which would increase paging, compared to the 8GB configuration which had plenty of available RAM for caching.
  15. BS1 predates DCS World, it's a standalone product. BS1 should be installed in a separate directory, not mixed with DCS World. BS2 is a module for DCS World.
  16. DCS World is already 64-bit ...
  17. Try this: DCS_updater.exe update :1.2.4.12913 Try the search feature next time :P
  18. For BS2 upgrade you should select the third option. "DCS BS2 Upgrade from Black Shark 1 international key"
  19. yilM_aZV2Ds .
  20. Perhaps it was still activated from a previous installation. You can check if there is an activation for BS1 in the Windows registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eagle Dynamics\Black Shark Did you use the BS1 installer from Direct2Drive or the one from Eagle Dynamics? Do you still get an error when trying to install BS2 Upgrade?
  21. You're clearly wrong. It should be "are", "seeing" and "until". :D
  22. You may want to buy BS2 full version, instead of the upgrade version. This removes the hassle of having to install BS1 if you ever reinstall the DCS World BS2 module.
  23. The files for the Su-25's flight model appear to be unchanged.
