  1. Hi, did this fix the tpod issue in AG. I'm still having an issue locking the ground at the waypoint even though i'm within parameters.
  2. I too think a routing waypoints system for both ship launched and aircraft launched cruise missiles should really be implemented. It's difficult with their current straight line configuration to avoid geographical features and as you say SAM sites that will just take them out. Please ED add this feature, it will make this already amazing sim, fantastic.
  3. I'd prefer this locking method to be optional. It's so labour intensive. Just give the option for real procedure or already done. It would be great.
  4. Tbf, the AKG hasn't been usable for sometime. It doesn't bear down on target, and generate ground textures, and for a mitl missile you'd certainly need 20/20 vision to make out a target
  5. Now that the CM-400 missile has been discovered in DCS (and is playable, but not refined) can we expect this to be added to the jet? Note: REDFOR are in need of some stand-off aircraft ordinance
  6. Thank you CH, I will give this work around a go. Thank you for all you do for this community I have yet to find a way to add custom assets to the HTS table. But you can do it manually in flight. Just press LIST, 0, E and enter the HARM ID from the table at my site (for example 528 for the LTAMDS radar). Then go into HTS and choose Threat and select MAN for manually. The HTS will then find your custom ID and you can select the target. Since I'm going by memory, forgive me if I got a button name wrong.
  7. TOR not showing in F16 HAD. Hello CH. Just a little heads up that the TOR does not show up on the F16 HAD or MFD. The warning code 15 shows on the RWR. I tested with your models and the ED TOR, which shows up in the HAD. Miz file attached & screen shots Most southern TOR is the ED version - All TORs set to RED STATE/Weapons hold.   8. I too struggle with AI aircraft. They seem to have a built-in priority to-do-list based around the objective you give them. For example a SEAD mission, they will attack the first radar/SAM site they come to, then scour the map for other RADAR emitters. They will fly into threat rings without any fear. CAS is the same. I have managed to correct some of this AI behaviour but it's fiddley and difficult to remember how to set up the commands. I wish the AI action was simplified and would do what it says on the tin. I would be a lot less time consuming and you could go into a mission with a lot more confidence that your AI will preform to what you require from them.
  9. I'm having the same problem with mark points in the F18. Marked and when assigned they are yards off the mark point.
  10. Submunitions can be effected by wind. Try a test without any wind. In other aircraft you get WCM (wind correcting munitions) and radar homing submunitions. It may be down to that. Otherwise it could be a core miscalculation bug.
  11. I take your points. Obviously it would be essential if ED produce a SP campaign. As for SP missions i guess an option to remove the ATC or a version where it simply informs you what runway to take off from would be good.
  12. I love DCS and appreciate all the passion and dedication from the ED team. However, for a game trying to be realistic (look at the tedious maverick missile procedure for the F16), it's rather embarrassing to have such a lame "ATC procedure". It goes from giving request to take-off to request denied, to giving permission. It's so annoying. This for me should be a priority to implement a functioning ATC on airfields.
  13. I also agree. It would save precious time to have to option to auto align/bore-sight the mavericks. or include it in the auto start procedure.
  14. I found this thread relating to bore sighting the Mavs. I will test and mark as solution if correct.

  17. Hi all. Is it possible for anyone with the knowledge to direct me on how to set up a kill count that can be toggled on/off. Prefer in single player. I noticed that the Grimm Reapers have a global scoreboard that they use when testing or showing hypothetical scenarios. I tried to generate lua script via edge's copilot AI. And I was only partially successful. Anyone with any ideas or a tutorial would be great.
  18. Check the distance ring. Each missile can also hit and individual target or area if you click and edit and choose 1 target for each fire at point.
  19. CM-802AKG - This hasn't worked well for a while. I wish they'd just use the SLAM scheme but with the range of the original concept for this missile (if possible). When the jet was first released, this, and the CM-802 were a delight to use. I don't understand why it doesn't have the option to automatically bear down on the target. Also currently it isn't generating ground textures, so it's pretty difficult to impossible to spot your target. I have already raised this in the main ED weapons bug section a while ago.
  20. I tested this and they appeared Check you haven't got the coalition filter on - EDIT: scratch that, if you can see them in the ME then the coalition filter isn't on
  21. I press CZ on the FLIR. This works for me if I have used the FLIR and as also stated above.
  22. Hi, I tested the WMD tpod in SP from an automatic cold start (no mods). The problem seems to be that the pod does not lock (or appears not to ground stabilise) the target area of the waypoint. It seems snap to another area of the ground. For this test I ground stabilised where the camera actually snapped to, then I moved the camera to the actual target area. Very clunky, especially in the heat of battle. Maybe this is normal behaviour, but it's a change to previous versions. If this is a bug, it's been like this for a while. Note: the off-set maybe even wider in some missions, I can't really know. Maybe just seemed like that with the pod zoomed in.   23. I've noticed that sometimes the WMD pod doesn't ground stabilise within its 21 nm threshold. I tried to replicate but frustratingly works from an air start. It happens in SP 'sometimes' from a cold start. Very frustrating. I will try to recreate it.
  24. The patch solved the ctd for me.. I tested this in SP after the last patch and is working for me. I tracked a moving target on radar, designated the FLIR, selected the specific vehicle, LTD/R armed & successfully dropped GBU 12. I will test on a stationary target as I didn't need to select WPNDESG.
