  1. Made it. Such good flights! Superb work @Reflected
  2. Damn this is a tough one. How close do I need to get to those rocks? Crashed, have to do the whole dang thing over This is *not* an easy campaign. Or perhaps the machine is not easy. I had to fly nr3 like six times until I made it through in one piece!
  3. Awesome! Truly above and beyond the call of duty ED!
  4. I have a new HF8 seatpad. It has 8 motors. They test fine in the simshaker tool. The thing works, in that general seat rumbles and directional G works. However, the ones in the back do not seem to be active. Is there a way to send certain effects to certain motors? If so, how? I would love to have non-directional G feel in the seat and have AoA indications in the back, so I can distinguish clearly and fly better. Also the UWVeditor thing sends a bunch of error messages and crashes if I try to run it.
  5. I got the thing (HF8) to work, but how do I send certain effects to certain motors? I'd like the G and stall buzzers to be different.. Seems the upper motors are hardly used at all in the default profile. In the Simshaker Start there's an option called UWVeditor that throws a bunch of error messages on my computer and does nothing.
  6. Is there any hope of getting that effect sometime?
  7. Disabling my SMT helped a bunch in stopping the stop-go nature of terrain when viewed at 9 or 3 o clock.
  8. This no longer seems to work with the MT openXR branch.
  9. Machine like mine shouldn't be having to turn the things to low. It's a bug, not a feature. On the other hand, I haven't seen the bluescreen error again so far.
  10. I went from a I5 9600K to a 5800X3D and I still get "cpu bound: main thread" so yeah..
  11. As in title, the spitfire exahust flames are not rendered in VR when using the new MT executable.
  12. So say we all!
  13. I just had the thing bluescreen on my flying a single F-14 over Iran. dcs.log DxDiag.txt DumpStack.log
  14. On my rig so far it's been a massive success. Good job ED! Bravo! Bis! Bis!
  15. Some do it by design. For example allowing F2 browsing of aircraft could expose some of the smoke and mirrors used tomkeep the thing operable, playable and immersive.
  16. That makes sense to me.
  17. I was *this* close to getting this one right (on my way back) when I decided to fiddle with the trim buttons. Machine started gyrating wildly and before I could tame the spooked helicopter it augured in. Gah. Lesson learned: unbind those trim buttons. They are killers. I also have that guitar lick from Armed Forces Radio in my head now.
  18. Amen! This would make a nice temp. fix until a more thorough overhaul of ground to air gunnery is done.
  19. And the tests are going well? XD
  20. Looking good! stay the course, you guys seem to be on target!
  21. Beagle! beagle! MUDHEN! beagle beagle MUDHEN! (very excited to buy future me such a cool gift)

  23. Man I want that new beta patch so bad, I can taste it. Mirage F1 EE is sweet, but if some of that multicore goodness is in there... oh my
