The 17th is going to be a crazy day for that group for sure. Especially if Netherlands beat Romania. I say if becasue they might not play their best players or want to risk injuries etc. The best game is going to be France v Italy both have to win and get as many goals as they can. The funny thing is that Netherlands are the only team to win a match in their group so if they draw with Romania, which will be three draws for them no losses, will it even be possible for France or Italy to go through? Italy .. Man they really know how to put on a show even if the game play was actually quite poor I was still on the edge of my seat lol .. Like Groove I could feel Buffon had that penalty in his pocket .. funny thing tho I went to the fridge to get a beer and by the time I came back both teams had scored and I missed both of them lol shiiiaaaatt.. Next game I think France might just snatch this one.

Why don't they just bring in cameras? In the football you play with your hands, in the U.S, they have worked cameras into the game perfectly. Each team has 3 chances to question a decision and if the ref was wrong then the team won't loose the chance they used up. It takes seconds and wouldn't affect the flow of the game one bit. Imagine all the diving in the box to get a penalty or crappy offside decisions would pretty much disappear. I wanted Croatia to win but man I didn't expect them to. :) .. I have to say it didn't even look like Germany played bad either but more like Croatia just shut them down and really played well.

We must have watched a different game.:D CR was a crucial part of every major Portugal play. The problem is when a player like Renaldo doesn't score all the time people think they are just lazy. But with the amount of defending that goes on around Renaldo tends to leave room for other players like Deco to move in and I have to say almost every shot CR made at the CZE goal was bang on target which must have made the entire defense including the goalie shit scared. As for England well I agree with what has already been said but .. how good is Beckham and dare I say Roonie. They play well for their clubs but as international players I don't see them do anything special or even mediocre. I know they are super stars of course, I mean when your Girlfriend gets a TV show becasue you play football then you're at the top of the sports fame ladder but I don't think these players are as good as their girlfriends and wifes think they are. When England get a Manager that can stick a finger or two up to the tabloids and hire players that can compete on an international level then England will be in with a chance that better reflects the ability of the premiereship players.

Yeah at first I smelled a "draw coalition" but that ref was pissing me off big time.. WTF,, I wanted to slap him seriously. CZE's were a little rough and I think they had like half the team covering Renaldo.. Good result in the end and I hope Portugal work on defending set plays .. becasue if they come up against Germany with that performance the fat lady will stop tuning up and start singing.

Heh . They played well in attack, that German defense is a tough nut to crack but the Poles still managed to create a few really good chances to score and with a bit more luck they could have had a goal or two. However the back four just kept doing the same thing and it was just a matter of time before the Germans made them pay for it.

Damn that's a surprise but it really doesn't matter becasue Italy play with enough heart to get them through, they lost their opening game against Ireland in U.S WC and they still went on to the final, loosing in the shoot out to Brazil.

Me too.:doh: I haven't decided which team to support yet, most likely Portugal seeing as I'm a huge fan of Brazil although Spain might just pip its southern neighbors for my support depending on how charismatic they play. Portugal did great and were by far the most entraining side so far but I just hope they don't peak too early One question though; I thought any diving was gonna get a yellow card.. You can see the huge differences in take off angles which definitely pointed to some kind of systems failure. A pilot might make a small error but the difference is just too great to suggest the pilot in control pulled back too hard. The crew did a great job clearing the runway before ejecting, assuming they had enough control to veer left before leaving the aircraft of course, being that low I don't think I'd have the guts to stick with it.

I fear IL2 will go the same way becasue UBI are notorious for screwing over the PC market in favor of a cheap console games. Thankfully ED showed UBI the door along time ago :D .

This was my 5th try, I got shot a couple of times but I received no damage and the way it played out with the Eagle, that shot me twice, was kind of funny.. he was a real "bitch of the bunch". Also a nice reversal, after getting shot, then turning the tables on the F15 while keeping an eye on all of the bandits: Cozmo vs 3F15 Just for fun I also did it with a Su33.. I'm more comfortable with the way it bleeds off speed.. This is a better tactic as it puts you at minimum risk... if it all works out. :smilewink: GangBang In both tracks I used the same targeting tactics I used when online with IL2, while flying a P47, and that is to shootem up then move on until it's safe to close in for the kill. note: how the G's rarely blacken the screen :) .. That's all down to the force feed back on my joystick telling me when it's time to unload the pull on the lift vector .. works great. :D:D
