You're having problems landing the Tfrog becasue you're probably making the same same mistake most n00bs make. And that is to actually try and land on the runway. All the years I've been flying the 25T and I've never made a successful runway landing, but I figured out that you can land it everywhere else with ease, so now I just look for any flat piece of land and drive it home. You're doing great Dunkan Aidaho, well done. Your English is at a very high standard, just remember that English is very flexible when it comes to forums in terms of grammar, spelling, structure, hmm well pretty much everything LOL. On the forums we sometimes write like we speak, if you get what I mean and we can be extremely lazy too, for example "i" should always be written as "I", as you mentioned, but holding down the shift key can be very time consuming when you're trying spout out your latest diatribe of nonsense heh :D .

It's true alright ; 1:45 into this video you can see them doing it. Unfortunately the Su33 is in the same boat as the F18 as far as the lack of documentation so as far as I know ED wont be modeling it as a flyable anytime soon. Hopefully some 3rd party developer will hear my nighttime sobs as the end of a flyable Su33 closes in.

The T flies great .. completely different to all the other flyables but she's one ugly biaatch so what do you expect ;) . The only auto pilot I use when flying the T frog is "H" and that's it.. seems to work perfect for me and I have a M$FFB2 joystick, ..oh sometimes I will use the camera lock then "A" function so it automatically flies the perfect course to the target. Just don't forget to take your time lining up you runs and that way you wont have any evasion issues but if you fly it like an A10 then you better map "ctrl+E+E+E" to your joystick trigger :D. Anyway you're probably having some joystick issues .. ditch the cougar and get yourself a nice M$FFB stick.. :smartass:. Edit: Ooopps didn't see page two.. all is good now :) .

F-18A/E, F-14. Mig-29K, Su-33 (the 33 that can air refuel would be cool too) Helicopters with anti sub capabilities that work which means I also would like to see Submarines that actually work with the ability to fire tomahawk missiles and the subs themselves have to be able to be tracked and destroyed.

Point 2 suggests to me that even with freeware addons ED might still release them. Hopefully I'm wrong.

This is exactly what we would all like to see but it still is up in the air whether this will be allowed or not. Unless I've misunderstood the announcement. I can understand ED wanting to quality control payware addons but why freeware ones? Let the community decide whether the new addon is worth downloading or not. This is how it works with M$FS, ArmA and many other successful games/sims. How is this going to work in real terms anyway? Are freeware designers going to have to contact ED with plans of their project becasue who wants to spend a year developing something that ED had no intention of allowing into the sim in the first place. If so then that's going to be a lot of work for ED isn't it? I mean agreeing, testing and getting updates etc may take considerable resources depending on the amount of applications they get, which is most likely to be a shed load if lockon files is anything to go by. And would they allow something like an F18 or F14 seeing as we know the documentation doesn't exist unless you have eyes only clearance :P . Although this is a huge step in the right direction I'd like to see more details regarding the addition of addons especially freeware additions where it looks as though ED will be releasing each one with a Russian roulette warning of try at your own risk.

How long do missions actually take? Looks cool BTW :thumbup::thumbup:.

Sorry to hear that Deadman you were doing a great job, but maybe you put in too many hours all at once, as you know that kind of detail takes a lot of time and effort. Maybe when you've taken a break you can continue with renewed enthusiasm and if you do manage to find the time then consider only investing a few hours a week and that's it. I haven't been paying much attention to the LO boards except, the Euro thread in the CC forum and I haven't even run Lockon in two weeks due to real life commitments so I hope you don't think none of us appreciated your efforts becasue nothing could be further from the truth. All the best Deadman hope everything is OK with you and your family.

You can't judge a team by a fictitious performance in a championship they didn't even qualify for.. I mean Zimbabwe didn't play in the Euro cup so maybe they had a chance to win too :p . Also you can never judge a teams performance in a championship by their performance in qualifying. We have all seen teams that look great on paper and stats and yet still crap out when they get into an international tournament. The fact is that Spain played the best from the start and the only thing that would've made anyone doubt their ability to win would've been their history of falling short at the last hurdle, which were my concerns as well but that's the same for most teams if not all. How many times have teams started favorites and then ended up leaving early? However Spain in this championship never faltered once and took their charismatic style of play all the way to win the finals.

Too bad for Germany they were strong and they were definitely a huge part in making this one of the best Euro cups ever. Viva España! OMG!! am I not fit to drive .. and I have nothing to do tomorrow but play my hand made Spanish guitar and celebrate some more LOL. To all you guys that kept the faith, especially Esac_mirmidon, X-man and amalahama lets rally up guys Spain's performance was absolutely flawless through out this competition. They adapted to every attack and countered with strength. But the most important thing is .. well Esac_mirmidon said it best; .. they played with style and won with flare .. you cant ask for more. I guess I'll see you all back here in two years time for the World Cup..

Depends what you mean by great football :P. I personally find the Brazilian type of play similarly demonstrated by the Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch etc where you have great individual skill working as a team to move the ball up the field with great skill and control. Also teams like Croatia and Turkey that make lots of short passes and drive through the defense with such determination you just have to get on their side. The German style of play of getting the tallest players to cross the ball into the box to another group of even taller players isn't something I find entertaining. I'm not knocking that style of play or saying it's less legitimate because some of the passes made by the Germans were insanely accurate and required great skill but for me I prefer to see a close in fight :smilewink:. And losing their second game and having to score in the last minute of their semi isn't really flawless but I have to say after Germany's first few games I was in no doubt that they would make the finals and most likely win. The German machine looks well oiled and even when they're down in goals you still feel they're going to some how come out on top. Well what ever happens on Sunday I hope it's going to be an epic fight. :thumbup:

Spain Lucky?? :huh: Huh. Spain have been the most consistent team in the entire tournament and played the best looking football too. The only time they had a boring game was against Italy but at least we had a shoot out which I personally like for some sadistic reason :P . I'm still not sure Spain won't falter at the last hurdle though, as they have done countless times before and now with David Villa missing the final do to injury they might have lost the edge they needed, even though they played just as good last night with out him. However the Germans are looking very, very strong and it's going to be tough for Spain on Sunday. I'd bet on Germany but I'll drink for Spain :D .

I'll be hopping Spain wins but what ever happens I can guarantee one thing; I'll be drunker than a skunk :drink:. Good luck to both teams.

As one commentator said "Spain are strong with flare". Well the first half was boring but in the second half Spain really played professionally, turning on that Latin flare when they needed too and then turning it off when it could've caused them problems.. Too bad for Russia but Spain seem to be their nemesis. Well done Spain I'm glad they're keeping the Latin game in the tournament, not sure they're strong enough, or tall enough :huh:, for the Germans but if tonights performance can be repeated then they might be in with a chance.

Man Oh man that was the best game of the tournament .. too bad for Turkey I was really rooting for them to win .. But the German efficiency won through yet again. The Turks really are the team of the tournament and they will be missed even though there's only two games left.. Still feel a bit shitty for Turkey though; if only they had their best players on the field.. oh well :noexpression:
