  1. Yeah, but if they fired 4 and OP says left rack fired no problem, so 5-6 fired too. I assume S-5 isn't a problem.
  2. Shouldn't you be able to fire wingtip stations? OP says left rack fires normal
  3. Gameplay- Hide control stick. In game Hide/Show - Backspace
  4. @FusRoPotatoscreenshot all your settings (gameplay, misc and special and post it here)
  5. What kind of controls do you have and what are your special settings? According to your track, you are starting on the ground next to the taxiway. Try to get to flat surface, disable and then enable AP and see if it makes any difference.
  6. Are you flying multicrew or with AI in pilot seat? Can you post a track?
  7. You need to have microswitches activated (which is done by pilot's feet on pedals, but we can discuss this outside of this thread to not spam it). I can ask, but not sure how much tactical data they will be willing to give (and this won't be done any time soon, this is long-ish term project, they won't be happy to talk to some guy off the street)
  8. Why? Because of heading hold?
  9. I have spoken to Hind pilot, answer is yes You need to be pro-active, not reactive. There is a tinny bit of shudder coming down through ETL, but not as much as with Hip, so you need to pay attention to airspeed and start adding collective before you start sinking.
  10. I would say it's standoff capabilities. While all those helicopters can do both roles, 28/64 is really meant to keep back, while 24 is quite fine at slugging it out with the enemy.
  11. I'll try and get hold of some of Serbian Hind pilots this year. Anything in particular you guys would like to know?
  12. They also didn't do anything to holding modes when those got broken.
  13. While I agree with you on how much time it takes to actually be proficient, nothing was done to FM/AP when holding modes got broken (where you could not activate it unless you were trimmed out). Maybe there was no intentional work done on FM, but considering how messed up DCS code is, there is no telling if doing something else affects FM.
  14. Exactly, but that can't be done now. Careful now, there is only one appropriate realism level and that is the one that those that are not gamers like.
  15. You don't click on the switch itself, but on a position where you want it to go.
  16. Who said anything about having button on HOTAS? I use axis to button function on my footrests to simulate microswitches. It doesn't get more realistic than that.
  17. I have MFG too and use axis to button to have microswitches on
  18. Besides, it's not realistic to have them always on by default.
  19. I don't really care about S-5s, but if you don't like them, just don't use them. Let other people have fun.
  20. Heck, just mixing unit is more complex than the whole Apache.
  21. Did you check your bindings?
  22. How is it suboptimal if Petro refuses to fire if he can't hit the target in the first place? He is saving you a missile for another run. Yes, I do realize that missile would probably hit, but this is brand new function of Petrovich and needs some tuning. But the way missile flies does not make that a 100% certainty.
  23. SP or MP? Can you post a track?
  24. You should do #1. Reason for that is that servo sleeves need up to 5 seconds to reset to your new position. And that will give best authority to servos.
