TurboHog Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Well it seems to be pretty clear that the changelog posted by Chizh is correct and that some of the listed items in the OP did not make it to the release. 'Frett'
Eldur Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 They probably just want to check that the entire installation doesn't break, like a few updates ago. That makes sense and to be honest I'm glad with the overall support we get here while the LNS support is the icing on the cake. And no one said that this would be the last MiG-21 patch :) It's so much better already, especially in terms of performance, I hope some more people will buy it now. I can say at least that the MiG is worth every cent hands down. But I also know people who wait for EDGE due to the overall bad engine performance on their AMD/ATi rigs. But it must be just around the corner by now, so eventually the release of DCS 2.0 will most probably also generate a wave of customers throwing their money in the pot. And then it's time for LNS to officially annouce either the MiG-23MLD or the Su-22M4 ;)
Corrigan Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 And then it's time for LNS to officially annouce either the MiG-23MLD or the Su-22M4 ;) I dunno man. mpdugas Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 or 21-93 version: It's a good idea. agree wholeheartedly!
Aginor Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Btw: Does anyone know when we can expect the next update for the MiG-21, did I miss a statement on that? Perhaps even with the DCSW update this month when the Bf-109 is released? That would be awesome. DCSW weapons cheat sheet speed cheat sheet

tomcatter Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 Great news¡¡¡¡¡ Well done and thanks for this update, after just two months from release, we have an almost bug free aircraft. Specially the cleaning of the navigation system, a very important step. It is amazing that you work so fast, and take our feedback in a such constructive way, congratulations for your positive attitude and your module.
MBot Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 Looking forward to the next update. Two questions from my side: -What is the status of engine sounds? Are any improvements planned there? -I remember reading in some patch notes, that missile trails for the MiG's air-air missiles (R-3/13 family and R-60 among others) were increased. Now I cannot find this item anymore in any patch notes. Is this still planned to be improved?
Justin Case Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Was it just me or did the mig behave a bit calmer on takeoff today? There were also some new sounds after the patch. http://www.masterarms.se A Swedish Combat Flight Simulator Community.
kontiuka Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 ^ impossible. it's not listed in the change logs.:)

Any idea yet when we can stop DDOSing it with our reloads? :D To be honest, no clue, and will probably move hosts as soon as we have more time. A week after resolving the issue and 2 support tickets later, nothing. Frustrating. Nicholas Dackard Founder & Lead Artist Heatblur Simulations https://www.facebook.com/heatblur/

No problems so far. EDIT: Actually no clue if theire website is English as well, if you view it from a different, non-german speaking country.
