I added an update for the latest DCS beta version to the first post:

2.5.6.50321:

- Compatibility with DCS World version 2.5.6.50321 (6.6.2020)

- Fixed tree AToC in TGP

This DCS update had quite many shader changes, hopefully I didn't miss anything. :)

Thanks for that. My guess is that there will be many more shader changes by ED in the patch due in a few days as the latest has messed so many things up.

Remember, it's the metashaders2 folder to empty or delete, not the metashaders one mentioned in the previous post. (See the readme file in the mod.)

Correct. I'll modify my post, to reflect the correct folder

I installed the mod, it boosted my FPS, but then suddenly a crash in F18 quick BRV 8v8 mission. I flew it a dozen times after the latest OB update, it never crashed. So I assume it's the mod ((

I'm having some issues with the new version of the mod. Mostly with the P47, but I've also noticed some negatives with the F14.

In the P47 everything looks normal until about 2 seconds after exiting the briefing screen. After about 2 seconds the textures change, basically when the intro text appears at the top right (see screenshots). If I back the mod out (OvGME), everything goes back to normal.

The F14 issues are much more subtle. Basically the gauge face reflections are washed and I can't read the HUD against the sky.

I have the mask size set 0.600 for my HP Reverb. I'm running standalone. DCS OB, FPSVR, steam, graphics drivers, & mixed reality portal updated. Windows 10 version 1909.

I have tried the following (removed the mod and performed Repair after each attempt)

--Deleting shaders in the saved games FXO & metashaders2 folders

--Deleting shaders in the saved games FXO & metashaders2 folders along with terrain shaders

--Not deleting shaders

--Changing ENABLE_DIFFUSE_SS to 0

as has been said the F-14 issue is not to do with the MoD but the beta, i dont have the p47, and your screenshot doesnt show me anything that i can see as a bug ? but i dont know what its meant to look like "before" or "after"
