Can not start mission #4 of Deployment campaing

I have started a new Deployment campaing from DCS World (1.1.2.1). I went through the first 3 missions but I can't continue the mission #4. I am not able to start it cause nothing happens when clicking on the "Next" button in Campaign window. Campaign is active and my pilot is alive.

Dumb question perhaps but did you get the "mission success" message?

hmm....not sure, maybe not. anyway, in that case i should just re-fly the 3rd mission again.. correct or not? do i have to restart a whole campaign if i fail to complete single mission?

You can fly from the 3rd again.

unfortunately i can't, clicking on the "next" button in campaign view does nothing. now, it seems that mission file deployment04_eng.miz is corrupted. i tried to open it from single mission view and get the screen frozen showing "loading" message... i will try to download it again

i have reinstalled dcs world ka-50 missions from latest beta patch (KA-50_1.1.2.1_EN) but it did not help. can someone test deployment04_eng.miz in dcs world?

Interesting because the same thing just occurred to me.

The mission success message was displayed and I made it back safely.

On the results screen I was awarded a rank and a purple heart, and oddly

the results was 0, and score of 34. In mission I made results 50 (and mission success was displayed).

Now I cant click the next button either. It does nothing. Ill check and report back if i can load 4 on its own.

EDIT: No, sadly I also get a never ending loading screen on loading #4 on its own.

So if this problem is confirmed, than it is a bug...

I can confirm the problem as well. Just flew the campaign, couldn't manage to fly #4 mission, came here to check if it is a bug and voila!

Same here, I was so happy when I completed the first 3 missions as a newbie, and I can not continue the campaign :(

I have the exact same problem. Campaign cannot be continued, the single mission cannot be loaded. I noticed the strange score calculation after the 3rd Deployment mission too (the mission was a succcess with 100 points in-game, but after quiting the end debriefing table showed 10 points only). I really hope that this bug will be in the scope of the next patch.

Hi I had the same problem and I copyed the mission from my black shark 1 install and it worked except that the skin was not fine but it work perfect otherwise.

I've edited the house out of mission 4, so simply download this and overwrite your existing file in the DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\Ka-50\Missions\EN\Campaigns folder and you should be able to continue through the campaign.

I'll take a look at the remaining missions in the campaign later tonight and upload them to this thread if I find any that needed updating.

Edit: I didn't find any more problems with the missions in this campaign, so you should be good to fly through to completion!

Unable to advance in campaign 'deployment'

I was playing thru the deployment campaign in DCSW, and after completing the "stronghold" (mission 3) mission with 100% (i always check before i quit the mission), i can no longer click the 'next' button. It makes the ticking noise but nothing happens. I tried alt-tabbing, I can enter and exit other campaigns just fine, and I tried examining the campaign file itself in the campaign builder. Nothing.

Any ideas?

looks like broken. in the mean time, you can play the next mission from editor.

it's also a good idea to revise the stronghold mission in the editor.

Ahh so I'm not the only one...

Hope it's a known bug and if not hopefully it is now... :thumbup:

Next time this happens, upload the me.log file from C:\Users\login-name\Saved Games\DCS\Logs as that will show exactly where an error is occurring.
