I recall that LN does not have Warthog, and I think each player can have his/her own tuning. ericoh Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 Using a Hotas Warthog with these settings, works great for me.
Derbysieger Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 No curvature or deadzone works fine with the WH HOTAS. With that stick there is no need for it tbh. I fly all my fixed wings without curvature. Dogfighting with curvature can be a huge PITA for example. Eihort Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 I tried it, and ended up just dumping it and going back to zero curves.
Art-J Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 That's always a question of individual preferences. WH is longer than other sticks on the market, but for me still not long enough to justify going full linear (especially with dreaded "sticktion" and stiff centering spring). So until I extend it, I'm still going to use some curvature on it. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
Cibit Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 I am thinking of tweaking the roll axis but pitch is fine for me with WH. I find I over-roll and think a slight curve is way to go:) i5 8600k@5.2Ghz, Asus Prime A Z370, 32Gb DDR4 3000, GTX1080 SC, Oculus Rift CV1, Modded TM Warthog Modded X52 Collective, Jetseat, W10 Pro 64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Adding JTAC Guide //My Vid's//229th AHB
Dejjvid Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 0 deadzone 15 curvature on both pitch and roll is wonderful. i7 8700K | GTX 1080 Ti | 32GB RAM | 500GB M.2 SSD | TIR5 w/ Trackclip Pro | TM Hotas Warthog | Saitek Pro Flight Rudder [sigpic]http://www.132virtualwing.org[/sigpic]
OxideMako Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 I use no deadzone on either pitch or roll, but 22 curvature on both. Works better than the default setting of 25, at least for me.
