LegoHeli Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 They're not delaying the announcements because they cant show renders like the F-14. They are delaying them because they need time to make real promotional material, trailers, posters etc, it'll be ready when it's ready We are all dying for the announcement of what will be our christmas present for ourselves, but just let them do their thing!

BlackLion213 Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 (edited) With the release of DCS 1.5 and the MiG-21 upgrades, it gave me a nice reprieve from pondering Leatherneck's next module and wondering when they would announce. I figure that I won't start obsessing again for another ~10-14 days. I guess it happened to some even sooner. For those of you who haven't taken the time - check out the MiG-21 upgrades for DCS 1.5. Between the new graphics engine, upgraded textures, and upgraded 3D model - it feels like a whole new world. I even found my lost screenshots (I bet I'm around the 5th percentile for computer knowledge around these parts :)). Such an awesome looking aircraft: A tip of the hat to LNS - this thing a wonder to behold! Also, with EDGE the water has become a MUCH more realistic and compelling environment to spend time. The sea used to look dark and oddly hazy even on a sunny day (the Black Sea was aptly named). All of that is fixed and things look SO MUCH better. Can't wait to launch on a dawn patrol in the Tomcat. Also, anything coastal seems to look beautiful with EDGE. So much new potential with DCS - at least I am well entertained while LNS finishes their promotional material. -Nick Edited October 5, 2015 by BlackLion213 1

Meticulously detailed crumple zones and debris will spill out of you car, such as children, pierogi, and small farm animals. In depth tutorial that will teach you the in's and out's of the Lada Riva, such as failure to brake in time, too high of a speed under wet conditions, and driving on sidewalks.
