VEAO Spitfire Mk XIV Paintschemes

Hi Folks,

I've been working on the Mk XIV for a little while now and the template is coming along nicely. We've been working with the Quixel SUITE to improve our work and we're really starting to see the benefits of it now. The time has come to start looking for potential liveries for our Spitfire Mk XIV and I would love for you guys to help us select some. Please keep in mind that suggesting a scheme does not guarantee inclusion. We will be releasing the templates upon completion (4 x 4096x4096 maps for the external model) so, if I don't get around to doing your scheme, I'm sure someone will have a go.

I look forward to seeing what you guys suggest

Rob.

Thanks Talisman. Unfortunately are those schemes all Mark XVI (16). We are searching Mark XIV ...(14)

Sorry, I have deleted. My search was for XIV but then I did not check after that.

Happy landings,

A good inspiration could be paint schemes of real WW2 squadrons. I would love to see one from 303:

When this bird comes out I'm taking a few vacation days (if not weeks) :)

Quixel SUITE looks like the ultimate skiner tools ;-)

must be great fun to use once learned.

and seems easier to make realistic whethered template ...

For liveries :

only historical and correct colours please. RAF historical are the best for such a mythic airplane.
