Log show some values were able to be read (Country, Total Flt Time, Day Time, Night Time)

The Modules showing as not installed is because the app module scan function was looking for the mt_manifests in the module's folders, which were removed. This is fixed internally.

When it's ready, there's other items that were added that aren't available in public DCS Builds yet as well.

My development / release schedule is not controlled or influenced by ED's release schedule..

Hi SkateZilla

None of those values are showing on the Logbook | Pilot info page. The whole page is just blank, those items you list display "No Data".

Yeah, no worries on the dev time, not a deal breaker

We all have this error... Turn off MT in Skatezilla's launcher.

After you turn off MT - close, and then reopen Skatezilla. This tends to save the setting so that MT remains off.

If you leave Skatezilla open, and just allow it to close when you shutdown your PC - it doesn't seem to save the setting, so MT will be selected again when you first start up. 

(At least it seemed to be that way for me).

Back to the problem I had before, i.e. the utility insists on creating a 'Saved Games' folder on c:\users\imack\, when my SG folder is in 'C:\Users\imack\OneDrive\Saved Games' and the system SG is pointed to that location.

All works nicely except that Skate's utility keeps creating a folder as I said above.  I had this issue some time ago, and can't remember what the solution is.  

Any help on this appreciated.

I've never been advised of this issue (w/ One Drive),
The App Pulls the Directory Directly from Windows, The App also isn't setup to function w/ Remote Drive Profiles.

You can change the directory in the options screen.

You can set a different path, but the first time you run the app and it doesnt have access to the \One Drive folder, it will set it back to default.

Thanks Skate. All sorted now. I copied a profile from a backup, and now all is good again with custom user profile set correctly.

We definitely had a discussion on this a couple of years ago, but no matter.

Moving to another folder manually, yes, as that was the source of adding that option.

Using a remote drive via network drive mapping, not so much.

Only version now is MT so when you turn it OFF in Utility you launch MT version anyway (Check as screenshot)

Unchecking MT solved my issue too ... glad I checked this thread before asking the dumb question.  However comma my log book did not come back, though the Installed modules list is correct.  I don't recall changing the path to the logbook.  Does this path need correcting somehow?

Mine works absolutely fine. I don't even have an option to turn off MT. Box just says 'Multi-threading N/A'.

Question: Do we use the Multi Thread or regular update option with the update utility? And do we use the mt.exe to start the game or the regular dcs.exe to start the game? Every update kills my HOTAS software's ability to use keyboard emulation and macros to control certain functions in the aircraft with my setup. TARGET doesn't work, RSMapper doesn't work, nothing works. I have to go in and redo everything on that button or switch to just a dx command instead of a (RCTL+Y, LCTL+T, L) sequence to control three different switches in-game, with one switch/button on my HOTAS. To: 1. Flip up the guard switch, 2. enable the station "Left" bomb switch, and 3. Pull up the T-handle to arm the Left bomb.

Inquiring minds want to know.

The multi-threading button doesn't do anything with regards to updating. You either update ALL the game files, or you don't.

In fact the multi-threading button doesn't really do anything now because the files in both the "bin" folder and "bin-mt" folders are duplicates as far as I can tell (size, date created etc).
bin-mt will be removed in a future update. There is no single thread launching executable any more.
The only thing the "multi-threading on" button does now is select which folder to launch from, if you use the utility to launch the game that is. Which might cause issues if you point other software at the DCS.exe in one folder, and then launch from the other.

So I've started solely using the DCS.exe in the bin folder. *
I had to install ReShade again pointing it at the bin folder for example.


*assuming they don't change their minds and delete the bin folder instead
