For the 2.5 Users, airports names have changed in last updates for Nevada, next version will fix that, if you already wants the patch for 1.0.2, just replace ON SERVER ONLY: Saved Games\DCS.openalpha\mods\tech\LotAtc\userdb\airports.lua by this one https://www.dropbox.com/s/rn1p4kzybiiyxwh/airports.lua?dl=0

(only affects Nevada).

 

Next version is in final tests, will be released when ready ^^ :)

Warning: LotAtc is no more working on 1.5.8 and 2.2.0, ED has made changes somewhere (same problem for Tacview) I need to spend hours to find where.... I will do my best to have a fix ASAP... :/

With help of ED and Ciribob (Thx!), I have a fix, I will make a release in next days for >1.5.8 (and 2.2.0).

 

Note that I will remove the 32bits version of the client (take time to maintain and very few users). If it is a problem for an user, let's me know, ;)

No, I have not more information on that.

 

The good news is: I have a release ready for OpenBeta and OpenAlpha, I will publish it this evening, it will fix all the problems related to this update (and the airport problems for OpenAlpha too) and add some new features.... :thumbup:

The 1.0.3-rc1 is available for testing!

 

WARNING: ONLY for DCS >=1.5.8 and>=2.2.0 (it will not work on 1.5.7, and installer will overwrite the 1.0.2 (but you can reinstall 1.0.2 over 1.0.3-rc1 :smilewink:)

 

Changelog:

 

  • NTTR airports fixed
  • Dynamic weather support (partially, temperature and pressure only), METAR is displayed on airport properties
  • UniversRadio transponder support! http://tacnoworld.fr/universradio-transponder/ (in advanced realistic profile, friend is directly tagged as friend coalition with it!)
  • UniversRadio ATIS Voice Server support (use create ATIS button in airport properties while connected with UniversRadio to create an automatic ATIS)
  • QFE/QNH fix
  • Various fixes
  • Updated libraries (no more 32bits support for client)

Note that this version was planned to be released later but it fix the last DCS update so transponder/METAR/ATIS must be considered as not fully operational (but use it and give me your feedback!)

 

 

Note also, that I have changed my computer last week (LotAtc is compiling so fast now :D ) so if you have problems at install, let's me know, I have perhaps missed something in my installation !

  • DCS:SRS support is in progress thanks to Ciribob, more to come

We tested new 1.0.3 in Open Beta 1.5.8.12823 and it seem kide problem somewhere (probably our side).

Lotatc Client is connected to the server, but it can´t see units or airports, TIME shows 00:00.

 

Lotatc opens port correctly. All data export are available. Mission is unpause.

Tested on two servers and two clients.

See nothing special in this logs, could you provides me dcs.log also please ? I could validate if LotAtc server is correctly running :)

Thanks, it seems that LotAtc is loading 2 times on your server, it is certainly the reason of the problem.

Check that in your C:\Users\<youruser>\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Scripts\ you have no more lotatcGameGUI.lua ( you should only this file only once in the subdirectory Hooks/ ). It could comes from an old installation of LotAtc (ex: 1.0.2).

Ok logs are correct, LotAtc is well installed and loaded. Is there an AWACS and/or EWR or similar air/ground radar in the mission on your coalition ( sorry if the question seems stupid, I had this case before, so I prefer asked first :) )

 

If you see airports, it means that LotAtc is correctly running. I am currently out of my home, so I cannot try directly on your server.

But, old huge MP missions from 1.5.7 etc has the problem mentioned above. (only airports are visible).

We will try some tests with the old missions (delete units, triggers).

 

Also we check IFF in advance realistic and guys with lotatc saw only squawk, but aircraft is Neutral(yellow) not blue. using for AI #IFF:1204FR. Is it correct? :huh:

Interesting.... The 2 mission running on same server with same version I suppose ? I think 1.5.8 has lot of changes inside, could cause problems.

I will do test once back from Christmas holidays.

It could, in fact I release 1.0.3-rc1 too earlier without a complete validation process on IFF to be sure that you can always use it ( 1.0.2 is no compatible with last DCS versions). Once back from my holidays I will check that, it is a bug, aircraft should be put in friend coalition of course, it will be fixed for final release! Thx for reporting!
