I haven't watched the video yet but if he is firing missiles whilst flying without wings then i'd say that is 99% certain desync.

 

Quit with the playground nonsense and start approaching this with an adult attitude. BS team will deal with this either way.

Alright clown thanks for letting me know a10's pack 20 aim 9's that shoot behind it, seems plausible. AFAIK Jester already sent a video of him flying around with no wings also but I guess they aren't really worried about it, oh well.

 

Next time, PM with the info, lone accusations without any facts will not be received, we need screenshots/vids that indicate the issue. And please keep ED forum rules, which applies in this thread also applies for entering our server.

 

Let's keep it a civilized and competitive environment.

Wow the IP thats the scammer linked just before TS went down is being repeated in game chat. i screen shotted in case the two are connected.

 

If it was posted by Rocco then it is NOT the same ... the IP of the hacker TS and mine are similar

yeah different one, it was repeated by others in Russian in global chat so I sent the screenshots to Xcom. It may be just stupidity that the two people concerned relinked the scammers address, im not judging, but a few people ended up on that TS and i wouldnt like to know whaqt the consequences of losing their TS UIDs and IP's are.

As it is now it wouldn't fit easily. But it may be ok for the new concept that we work on. Don't have any ETA yet though.

Since I believe my reply to someones post went unnoticed on BS site (with all the work around BF campaign being done, I am not surprised), I will make a suggestion here, again. I know that there are: "limitations in game engine and number of triggers to be used", let's not make this THAT kind of discussion, please. I am posting this so we can discuss the concept itself, not the game engine or current affairs in DCS. Thank you :)

 

Proposition:

People noticed that repetitive spawning of AI interceptors is somewhat creating troubles when your team takes a large chunk of theatre. For instance, we fought for Krasnodar one night and were engulfed in AI too much, given that there are enemy players too... So, actual suggestion:

Put one "Mobile command center" unit on airport (1 red, 1 blue). If airport is red, trigger activates that unit. When it becomes blue, trigger deactivates red MCC, activates the blue MCC unit. If that unit dies, trigger forbids AI Interceptors from spawning. Triggers are to be made so they execute every time an airbase changes ownership. We discussed it at TeamSpeak and some of us, the pilots, find it a possibly good and useful addition to the campaign.

 

EDIT: Additionally, I think it would be wise to find a solution for dumbination of AI interceptors when someone takes the runway while they taxi, resulting in AI interceptors staying on hold points at the airport.

And Su 33 for red team as well will be cool!

 

Please don't. Su33 is a little overpowered with 2 more missiles than the flanker + SFM/SDM. There are already problems with the MiG29 that can take far too much compared to the F-15 and Su27. Blue has only two fighters to chose from while Red then would have 4. That's 3 tanky planes vs. 1.

 

The Mirage tankiness can be resolved by LN while MiG29 and Su33 need proper damage modeling which will come only with professional flight model and this will take a few months. I for myself believe that neither the Su33, MiG29 nor the Mirage should be available for Red.

Maybe I didn't understand it completely but I think this is already implemented with the EWR function as Frostie says.

 

Right now Intercepts spawn at airbases depending on which owns it and takeoff when they spot enemy contacts. If you destroy them, they get to the repair process and will spawn again only if the time passes and no captured occured first.
