That terrain is very familiar as I live in that region and see the A-10's fly over often when I'm chasing those rascally deer.

This is not the 1st Hog video Ive seen, but it is probably the most detailed. 2 things I couldnt help but notice. One is the constant vibration,, you can see his shoulder harness and other things vibrating pretty heavily all the time. Another thing is,, when we are all in our man caves and have the lights set just right, we dont have so much problem viewing the MFCD's,,, but in the real cockpit, look at how much the shading and sun impact their visibility with maneuvering,,, it looks pretty hard to keep focus on keep a clear picture. That must suck in any aircraft.

Looks a lot like this guy is flying in and around the Siverbelle mountain range NW of Tucson. Makes sense as there is a training facility there that trains spec. Ops guys and foreign special forces. I get to see A10's all day and night where I live. I live a very short distance from DMAFB. I love to see them playing around at night. The flares look really cool. I actually have 2 music students that are currently A10 pilots, and one that's a retired instructor for the A10.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0Iu937_pR8 Wow!!! This looks kind of like it's from the same footage.
