Einfach nur, um zu verdeutlichen, dass man sicher nicht auf seinen eigenen Receiver schaut und den Tanker nicht mehr sieht. Ich weiß nicht, ob unsere IL-78 diese Lichter hat. Wie einer vorm Monitor in 2D alleine durch die Lichter am Tanker mit dem Harrier die Sonde in den Korb bekommt, ohne nach links zu schauen. Da werden die meisten dran verzweifeln, das prophezeie ich euch. Mit Ausleger-System (z.B. F-15) ist das wirklich noch mal was anderes, da steuert ja das letzte Stück der Operator in den Stutzen. Und in VR ist das auch nochmal einfacher, da die räumliche Wahrnehmung wesentlich besser ist als in 2D. Ich denke, das Video gibt schon einen guten Eindruck, wie knifflig das wird. Rakuzard Posted August 31, 2017 Author Share Posted August 31, 2017 Beim eigentlichen Contact wird vermutlich jeder nach links schauen, da es keine Anzeigen für seine Position in Relation zum Tanker gibt (man kann den Vergleich zu den Bauch-Lichtern der KC-135 also nur sehr bedingt ziehen). Das stimmt, vor allem weil sich in der VR genauso wie in der Realität halt zudem viel besser Entfernungen abschätzen lassen. Deshalb funktionieren ja auch die Helikopter so gut und intuitiv mit den VR Headsets. :) Im Fall des Harrier stelle ich mir mit der Rift auch den Senkrechtstart, sowie vor allem die Landung viel natürlicher vor. Mit den PDL kannst du die Position zum Tanker abschätzen, eigentlich zur "optimalen Betankungsposition". Zum einstöpseln braucht es sicher die Augen auf dem Korb, aber bis kurz vorher, sind die Lichter sicher eine immense Hilfe. Der Tanker im Video (IL-xx?) hat anscheinend welche, nur leider leuchten sie nicht... Wobei das in 2D tatsächlich sauschwer sein dürfte, schräg die Abstände exakt abzuschätzen. Lässt sich am TM Warthog Throttle der Friction-Regler rechts neben den Schubhebeln als Achse belegen, so dass man ihn zur Steuerung des Einstellwinkels der Schubdüsen verwenden könnte. Im Cockpit des Harriers befindet sich an gleicher Stelle ja ebenfalls der entsprechende Hebel, wenn ich das richtig sehe.
