Tip: Adjust fwd/aft position in VR

Not sure if this is documented or not, well-known or not, but I found that if you press the middle mouse button and scroll forward/back, you adjust your VR position accordingly.

That is interesting, I will have to have a look as well. Though once I am in at least the Spit cockpit and hit the re-center VR button, I seem to be positioned about right.

Yes, exactly! I guess I should have clarified that this is how my mouse (or, actually, trackball) works. I press down on the scroll wheel (which functions, for me, as the middle mouse button) and scroll forward/back to achieve the effect. On reddit, someone mentioned you could also map cockpit view up/down, and use that to adjust in the vertical axis as well.

Thanks ! with the f-16A mod from Hellaspilot (in user files) it's the only way in VR to move forward as the default view is to far backward (and keyboard standard camera commands don't work in this mod)

For any clickable cockpit you need to double click the scroll wheel to turn the mouse pointer off, then you can use this, then double scrollwheel click again to bring the pointer back

Thanks...in a10c it seemed i was seated on the edge of the seat (too near to the instruments panel) now it is ok...great
