same issue here. monitor setup attached

Thanks, It's already Known internally that displays are blank when Exporting MFDs via Monitor Setup:

Remove:

LEFT_MFCD =
{
   x = 360;
   y = 1151;
   width = 416;
   height = 416;
}

RIGHT_MFCD =
{
   x = 1172;
   y = 1148;
   width = 423;
   height = 423;
}

Will restore them in cockpit.

Do you have your Monitor Config Set to export RIGHT_MFCD/LEFT_MFCD?

function reconfigure_for_unit(unit_type) --unit type is string with unit name
if unit_type == "A-10C" then

	Viewports = ... define new Viewports table
	-- also you can define cockpit displays viewports here
	RIGHT_MFCD = ... define new RIGHT_MFCD  viewport

else
    Viewports = ... define default for others
	RIGHT_MFCD = nil  -- remove for others
end
end

Disable the Exports, or Re-Build Monitor Config for Units and Disable for the Hornet.

Exporting the DDI's is not possible yet.

[NOT YET SUPPORTED] MFD's Exported Successfully?

Has anyone successfully exported the 3 hornet MFD's to a separate monitor yet? If so...

1. Is there a FPS hit?

2. Are the main monitor cockpit displays able to be left un-rendered (blank) when exported?

3. Can you run the game at 4K on your main monitor whilst running the 3 exported MFD's at

1080p on the second?

Display Exporting is Not Enabled for the Hornet

I have however done this for the A-10C, Main Cockpit View on 4K, w/ 2 MFDs, CMSP, RWR, And other Displays Exported to a Smaller 1080P Display.

it's Just a Matter of Setting correct Coordinates.

Skatezilla, are we missing a „yet“ in your response saying it is not supported by tha F/A-18C (if you happen to know)? I would be surprised if a „DCS-native“ module would come without the viewports adequately encoded for mult-monitor setups. Talking about final release, of course.

But when you say that you managed it for the A-10C....well that is indeed pre-set with the MFCD left/right options. So if it would work the same way for the Hornet as for the A-10C, I guess we’d be more than happy. If not, I do not understand your reference to what you did on the Hog.

Thanks for clarifying in these busy times :smilewink:

[MULTI-DISPLAYS NOT YET SUPPORTED] So what instrutemnts are Viewpoint capable?

Trying to set up my second screen and it appears that all 3 MFD's and perhaps the RWR can be sent to a second screen. Do any of the also need a "do file" line in the init file?

The knobs above the MPCDs are OFF in a cold start, you need to switch them to DAY (or night).
