VMFAT-101 Aggressor Splinter

This is the first variant of the F/A-18B, BuNo 163104, VMFAT-101 Aggressor Splinter livery, the second and final one this Training Squadron has, is in progress as well.

 

Some camo parts, especially the wings, aren't fairly accurate and would be made more accurate if possible.

 

 

 

 

 

This and the second skin will be released together on the User Files as soon as the next one is finished.

 

I also plan to update the pilots textures to give it a Navy & Marines look.

Both skins have been updated.

 

The changes include:

- new landing gear details

- better engine details

- a tan flight suit

- more accurate seams & rivets

- small color corrections

 

Perhaps if the external pilot model receives the option to use the HGU-55 helmet, I would add appropriate textures for both skins.

The helmet textures for both skins were reverted back to the new original textures.

 

Names were also changed to VMFAT-101 Aggressor Splinter New and Old.
