Silvern Posted October 11, 2018 Author Posted October 11, 2018 Where would I find this file exactly and what amount did you change it to? Hey, I'd have to check the exact amount, but I pretty much doubled it. KC-130 is now able to refuel about 6-8 Hornets. You can find the kc130.lua in Core Mods/AV-8B.
flanker0ne Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 (edited) I edited the KC-130.lua in AV-8B with proper fuel value number. I don't know if passes the IC, I don't fly on public servers - only squadron server. It's sufficient to edit the file just on the server side or it's mandatory that everyone joining the server install the mod? Zarma Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 which line did you change ? i9 9900k, 64 Go RAM, RTX 4090, Warthog HOTAS Throttle & Stick, Virpil AH64 collective, TPR rudder, MFD Cougar, Trackir 5 Pro, Multipurpose UFC, Alain Dufour's TEDAC and Oculus Rift S (when I want some VR), http://www.twitch.tv/zarma4074 / https://www.youtube.com/user/Zarma4074
AV_Partizan Posted October 25, 2018 Posted October 25, 2018 Should be one of these ----- Weight & Fuel Characteristics ------ M_empty = 36400, M_nominal = 70000, M_max = 79380, M_fuel_max = 20830, H_max = 9315, CAS_min = 54, average_fuel_consumption = 0.06, and I would put a coin on "M_fuel_max = 20830" said doubled value so > 41660
Silvern Posted October 29, 2018 Author Posted October 29, 2018 Should be one of these and I would put a coin on "M_fuel_max = 20830" said doubled value so > 41660 Correct. You will notice in-game that the "Take-Off Weight" will increase. Doubling the amount of fuel greatly increases the KC-130's ability to provide AAR for multiple planes. I hope that RAZBAM implements this 5 second fix to bring the fuel capacity of KC-130 to more realistic value.

jojo Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 The most important is that it’s in the pipe. It will happen eventually, even if there is a one week or so delay for ED to pack all the updates together. Mirage fanatic ! Shrike88 Posted November 25, 2018 Posted November 25, 2018 Have devs acknowledged this yet? It's such a quick fix. Of course not
Kang Posted November 25, 2018 Posted November 25, 2018 Actually... I remember it being mentioned in the changelog, so it's probably happening with the next update.
