VMFA117_Poko Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 ED itself should take couple photos from their box and public that documentation, maybe record some interviews with buddies as other developers do on such events. Ouh! I forgot - it's classified materials. ...You know what? I think they captured Vekkhino for spying and took his camera.
hotray Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 maybe it's only the fact that videoing in a 40+°C and totally overcrowded exhibition room isn't that easy... i preferred watching the real Ka-50 :D and by the way: the sibirian corona was my favourite  blibet suber! ray Swiss Jet Team Movie 2021

ED Team Olgerd Posted August 28, 2007 ED Team Posted August 28, 2007 ED itself should take couple photos from their box and public that documentation, maybe record some interviews with buddies as other developers do on such events. Ouh! I forgot - it's classified materials. ...You know what? I think they captured Vekkhino for spying and took his camera. In fact, it looks like Vekkinho is one of very few number of English-speaking fans who have visited us at this MAKS. I personally (as being avionics engineer in ED) was mostly making shots of every digital indicator I could reach. Sorry. :smilewink: If it would be interesting, I could post some shots of our team at MAKS (not directly related to BS though). [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] К чему стадам дары свободы? VMFA117_Poko Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 It would be, please show us. You should make a little more loud around yourself by inviting some reporters from national and abroad press or tele to your box there. Promotion is a good thing. Why are you hiding?

Vekkinho Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 Yeah, I noticed that not so many Russians speak english. I had to communicate solely in Russian most of the time and this was poor from my side. Although I had proper Russian language class in school from 1988 thru 1992 reason being that is that I haven't used it since. Too bad, but I'll take some reminder classes again after my Moscow experience. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Go ahead... :) Two opinions on playing BS on MAKS2007 from SIMHQ forums: Hi Guys. I was in Moscow for MAKS 2007 Airshow, and 1C had a booth there with computers running BS, free to play for everyone. Can't say much about cockpit functions or weapon modeling details, but the flight model I found amazing. Truly fluid on all axis, much better than anything my vanillia 1.02 LOMAC simulates. Center of gravity, the whole chopper hanging from the rotor mast etc. all felt right. Graphics are stunning, too, especially the damage models, but you knew that. Release date..."when it's done". No word on Star Force or no Star Force either. If the later, I'll definitly buy this. My impressions mirror what the Colonel has posted. I got some stick time after him, and I do have FC and the associated nice SU-25T FM; in fact I destroyed more of those birds trying to land than I did in any other flightsim before, so I do know how to fly with the FC FMs by now I guess. but the BS FM is awesome. I was barely able to "fly" the Kamov yet get it to behave like I wanted, truly amazing, the physics do feel very real. it seems we will have to "learn" to fly that bird really once BS will get released. the graphics, yes those are awesome, but the Colonel has said that already too.
