BTW don't expect from HARM to hit enemy SAM at any cost...its not some kind of magic weapon. Yes, it needs some fixes, but it will be very unrealistic to always hit the SAMs. I think HARM model is very well done by ED. I offer you to read more about NATOs bombing of Yogoslavia - operation called "Allied force". As you know, Serbian Air Defence shoot down F-117. Division, which shoot down that aircraft is called "most successful division in the world" - 3rd division/250 air defence brigade, armed with old SA-3 Goa system.

So durring the war, there was 23 (!) shoots of HARM missiles against this SAM site, and...0 (zero) hits...

HARMs haven't hit reliably in past real wars because in real life the operators switch the radar off and the missile goes dumb (only very new versions remember the location and still hit it). In DCS the AI keeps the radar on, so you can't compare real-world hit-rates with DCS. Right now there's a bug where the HARMs don't get anywhere close to the target, it needs fixing.

HARM are working very fine, you just need to have the correct launch parameter.... 0.9 Mach and above, between FL200 and 350 depending what your target is. 100% hit so far for my group and I. Yesterday again during training, more than 30 HARM hit their intended targets.

What version are you using because it is a known issue, ED has it marked as reported. So there IS a problem. Are you running stable?

now i can be wrong, but isnt OB Hornet and Stable Hornet at the same versions? i think HARMS are broken in both versions right now.

HARMS are good now!
Not as good as before IMO. Fired two at different target which is close to each other with TOO mode and it hit the same target. Maybe its realistic maybe not.... (shrug)

TOO is broken now as well, it does like last second course corrections and some weird flight paths most the time so the missile never hits. HARM's were fine before, how did ED manage to break them so badly?

Right now HAARMs are lofting themselves in a ballistic trajectory well away from radar sites, never getting near them. His happens in TOO mode

SA-2, 15 NM, Angels 30, TOO. Getting good stable shots off before I have to defend myself, and my hit rate is usually 1 out of 4. This is frustrating.

I fired at two SA-6s in a mission and they hit close enough to destroy both of them. Lucky I guess. By the way, I was in TOO mode.

Well obviously part of the PB mode requires the HARM to lock on to a radiation emitter after launch. The fact that TOO mode now loses lock, on its assigned emitter, indicates that work is being done to the HARMs locking logic and losing lock is a by product of the PB mode development.
