I meant specifically the use of carbide and being a hero if you had a torch welder in your family (constant supply of carbide) ;)

Likely most kids used to play war and/or wanted to be a pilot. At least - all my friend and me were.

 

At age of 12, i realized a Panzerfaust rocket launcher replica. That was made out of cardboard and plastic tubes, to shoot at friends while playing with airsoft guns. I used fireworks as ammo. Worked quite well.

 

We even experimented MLRS systems. Put 10 fireworks aimed at a defensive position and light them one by one. Deadly suppressive. Now when i think about it... I guess my brain wasn't completely developped.

 

 

But Well... another 12 years later - i was working for one of the biggest paintball manufacturer. ^_^

i guess there was a flammable gas inside the bottle and a small hole on the surface of the bottle where the guy lit the gas with spark of the lighter
