Only one choice? I have few favourites on one level of my like...

I rarely like fly long ways, so I often choose servers with small distance between sides (up to ~140 km), or I go there where is many people. I quite often play on 104th - new mission, quite good distances for me, often many people. On 169th also - quite small distances and canyons. Also there is more people.

For Ground attacks (in 104th and 169th IMO bombers are too far to fly 1 hour, then being shoot down :D) I prefer =DFA=A2G. Quite good missions. Long time ago I prefered TuAF_2_AG but it disappeared looong time ago, then I like DFA :). On few servers I play rare, it is cos when I don't see many people I don't enter or distances are really huge (don't remember exactly but I saw server with 350-400 km distance, for me it is too looooong way, but of course it is closer reality than 100 km)

:)

Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D

hmmm this is a somewhat sensitive matter you exposed here...I dont think its fair to the missions designers showing publicaly that their server is not preferred after their efforts. We only should tell them what kind of missions we would like but on the other hand they should be authoritary enough in order to make what we need instead what we want wich generates air quake.

 Why wouldn't I want to know if people think my mission needs improvement?

I voted for =RvE= 80's server, for the kickass software and mission structure/campaigns :)

i also enjoy flying in the RAF Server, 104th and 3Sqn too, great places!

I voted DFA. It is very sad that there is only one server dedicated to a2g airframes. (Torwak, whazzup with TUAF_II ?!?!?)

If I could add another vote, it will be for new =RvE= 80's server - VERY interesting gameply and my congrats on their work.

I rarely visit 104, 169 and RAF because of problems with ping, lagg, stuttering and freezing up. Also, there are to many fighters avaiable on those servers, forcing me to wait for sufficient number of my team members to fly safely when I choose Su-25T.

I'm selling MiG-21 activation key.

Also selling Suncom F-15E Talon HOTAS with MIDI connectors, several sets.

Contact via PM.

Yeah I like use semi active missiles, cool there is no fire and run away like on other servers :D

Though not the busiest servers on HyperLobby, I particularly enjoy the realistic missions of the 51st and the 3Sqn servers where teamwork makes all the difference. The distances between the bases gives you and your wingmen the time to setup and get situational awareness before you attack. The placement of SAMs is practical; they defend the airbases and the assests of either side. Ground units and ships play a vital role in many missions and ground pounding is always fun and exciting and in some missions can stop your base from being captured.

For a quick fly by myself I prefer the 104th over the 169th nowadays. The missions on these servers tend to be too chaotic for teamwork to actually be beneficial.

There are only 10 types of people in the world: Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

I did not vote, all of them have great team leaders, missions, and Ace pilots too hone your skills. Some of the rivalry or miscomunication between "KEY PEOPLE" in the Hyper-Lobby world should be put too rest; reguardless!

But +1 to RVE for the new advancements in Mission evolution. Im very impressed.

I second that Cool T ... RVE gets a salute for raising the bar and adding something different to HL servers . I think this thread shows that the diversity in our community is really what keeps it alive. There is a little something for all of us.

See you all in the sky :pilotfly:

:smartass: tis an honor to make the list :D

i really enjoy trying out all the servers when i get a chance to see what a2g sorties they have... it really is fun to try and get all the way to the enemy and evade the fighters as well  But we DFA have an A2A wing slowly but surely starting up so some server changes may be coming..... :P

i like the 104th, but one little thing, they should change the mission again. now it is the same mission for month. when they started the mission was changed after 1 month, and that made it interesting to fly so nobody would know exactly the hideout points and where the surface to air stands. maybe some more groundtarget, like a few tanks or maybe 2 or 3 assigned bunkers on each side, as target would give the gorundies some more opportunities

Thx for compliments gents...unfortunatly we have not preseneted yet the full content how things in this server are made. From automated payload checks, down to wrong landings and the 2 primary objectives in each mission...for ground and air and reinforcement abilty of available fighters. Also 2nd and 3rd objectvis for strikes.

The missions are based on simplicity but same time made in the idea -including only 80s weaons - to provide teamdepending close tactics and fights.

Later on a very smart stat-system will be hopefully implement.

I think we can post soon a full brief of that server to picture that system better.....and over time of course things might change to keep it interesting.

Have fun.

..and still popular, guess it's a good one then, eh? :smilewink:

Really I find this thread a little redundant. Simply login into HL anytime to see what's popular. I am thankful for all the servers currently available and the variety that can be found in them. There is really no bad server currently on HL. They are all well thought out and offer something a little different. Also, they are THE one and only backbone of multiplayer for Lock On. Thanks to all squads and admins for their continuous hard work and dedication.

Salute!
