Formation lights

I noticed f-16 formation lights is too bright then in real. During the day time they are almost invisible. Any chance that ED will adjust light intensity in day conditions?!

I watched many videos, below one of them just for representation. You can notice that only at 3:03 on left wing….all other time form lights invisible.

I am not sure it is a bug , but I will mention it to the team.

Is there any chance to get the "new" formation lights like the Hornet for the Viper instead of these old school lightbulb?
I think that very old and retired planes like F14 already have that, so why not for the viper?

Not a bug, but in my opinion they should be adjusted…just for a more realistic picture.

It's been there since the F-16 got external lights, it's just a little difficult to see.

Not sure about Block 50 Vipers, but ours (Dutch) have LED lights and they are very bright even at daylight

It doesnt light up at all, tested at night and there‘s nothing

While we're on the subject, when is the Viper going to get IR external lighting to finally make use of the covert light modes on the external lights switch?

The lights are ok , use the dim switch .

In addition for LED nav lights as mentionned the lights are even brighter.

Even in dim lights are brighter then in real. In day time you can see the light (green/red)over the wing and over end wing station in DCS. Just set to dim and compare with…at least some red flag video….

…..I think the difference is huge. 
(look at cockpit view…the wings lights completely invisible on day…but they were ON).
