The upper folder with a version range (1.1.0-1.1.4) is a "patch" that you apply on the base pack. Drag and drop the contents of the upper folder into the lower one, overwrite all files, and you are good to go. Also, make sure that these are indeed the correct folders, as the pack already contains the Mods/tech structure.

A a former gunner on a CVR(W) we never fired on the move, the turret is all hand cranked, and firing on the move was never taught, as there was a basic Operation procedure. that used the pneumonic CLITIFAD .. T being "Trnunnion tilt" which mean the uneven ground would have an effect on the accuracy of the gun, the Rarden cannon also could  be fiired automatically but only be loaded with 2 x 3 round clips at any time, all done by hand, the first round was your "spotting round" and the other 5 rounds went off automatic.

No fancy electronics, no stabalised gun, it was a hard position as you had to use both hands at the same time to control the turret.

Thanks mate, excellent news.

I have a question for you about the German Pack - in particular the HX81 Tank Transporter. 

Is there an easy way to add additional vehicles to the GT.AddPropVehicle line, by additional lines or something similar,  or is that hard coded in the edm ?

Unfortunately not, the transported vehicles are part of the EDM.

Hi.  I was playing with the TOR systems today and noticed that their missiles are going crazy on launch.  It seems to happen against aircraft or missiles like HARMs and at any altitude.  One more fix to add to the list 🙂

Can someone validate that they see the same behavior please so CH doesn't waste time if it is just me/my system?

Seem to work just fine for me. Just took down a couple of HARMs. Are you sure you've installed the latest incremental patch? You overwrite the old files with it.

This looks like what they've been doing since the Ukraine invasion - chaining a Tor vehicle to the helipads of their Project 22160 OPVs.

OVGME does not like the base pack. I have redownloaded it about 4 times from different mirrors.

 

I extract exactly like the respective "readme-s" say, but i never get the request to overwrite anything in the base pack

The AssetPack Zip contains the folder structure Mods/tech, so make sure you don't end up with a path like this: "DCS/Mods/tech/AssetPack/Mods/tech/..."

Just to be sure, I downloaded the 'CH Military Asset Pack USA 1.1.3.zip' file and unzipped it. 

I then downloaded the incremental update 'CH Military Asset Pack USA 1.1.0-1.1.4' which I then unzipped on top of the 1.1.3 folder. I had to confirm to overwrite 63 files. Done.

As has been pointed out earlier in the thread, you have to make sure you unzip the folders at the correct location. Make sure you unzip the incremental update in the correct folder. You can't just unzip it from the highest level because one of the folders is called 1.1.0 since the incremental update can be used together with 1.1.0, 1.1.1, 1.1.2 or 1.1.3.

Hello CH, 

i have a small request for these helo models, but i'm having size problems uploading images on here (1 file would exceed the total allowed size of 1.537kB, and was skipped)

 

The EC725 Cougar (now called Airbus Helicopter H225M) and the AS-532UL Cougar (Eurocopter). 

These are such great models !
