Since a few of us are getting 400 error returned when trying to log on, are you saying the server itself is not logging these 400 being sent to us end users ? @BIGNEWY

I can only tell you what I have been told. 

Our server is not showing any issues, so we continue to investigate. There was routing issues over the weekend out side of our control and now the error 400 randomly shows. 

I am also getting it occasionally, when I do I am passing the data to the team. 

Rebooting DCS usually clears the error for me.

@BIGNEWY can you please inquire to the devs does the login attempt once and gives up if it fails, or does it wait and re-try (genuinely curious)

1.1.1.1 is what I already use, with 8.8.8.8 as backup

 

The gist of my point was that you were quick in blaming the other endpoint because your endpoint looks good, forgetting all the stuff in between. The DNS propagation issue was an example but, could this issue be one that we are experiencing? Don't know, not sure how a 400 error would fit in it but, DNS issues do cause weird stuff like what you are experiencing with your 3 servers. I'm sure you are aware that the DNS IP you are hitting (all of them along the road) are, most likely, load balancers  for pool of serves (that aren't identical and aren't updated at the same time) and your servers requests, even if origination from the same network and at the same time would be handled by different serves of the pool. So, if some of the server have the issue and others don't, you will experience those "random" failures that doesn't make sense ... Another characteristic of DNS propagation issues is that they seems to get worse over time (as more and more DNS get the bad records)...  But your guess is as good as mine... Cheers and hope this issues gets identified and fixed quickly

I will ask to be sure, I always thought is was one attempt but I could be wrong.

It’s intermittent.

I had the 400 error a few times on Sunday. Rebooting got it working but it happened again later in the day. Was ok yesterday (Tue).

My two cents...

I had that same issue, but with Single Thread version. MT was working ok. Did all the tricks I know, but no jay. Finally, I disconected from my LAN and conected back and BINGO! With both instances.

I know my LAN is a bit weird, so maybe it is not of any help to other players. but I would give a try.

The authorization error keeps repeating. Yesterday i got one Authorization error. And today second time when im starting DCS again Authorization error. So Far i see 4 errors in past 4 days.

Now that you mention it... Seems to be relate to ST... I was getting it several times in a row in ST, switched to MT and connected without issues...

I think I have the same problem for 3-4 days. When I close and reopen the game, it opens without any problems, but only the theme in the main menu has changed.

Same, but MT was not working ok.. Even reset computer, no joy. Just unplug and plug again the LAN and correct. Thanks!

this is not a MT / ST issue, both are having issues. 

There is still no problem showing on our end, the team continue to investigate.

Yup, not even rebooting the PC, just rebooting the game works for me. 

First time today: 3 time the error, then when ok

Second time today: 1 time the error, then it went ok

.... I restarted, logged out and in. It eventually logged me in but I cant do anything. All my modules are disabled, I cant even get into instant action. It says i have no terrains.

Log out of the game and wait about 5 seconds until you make sure the game is closed. Run the game again immediately. I can overcome the problem this way now
