btw, seeing the big radar nose in the thumbnail....

I assume the C-130 has a weather radar? If so, will it work in the DCS environment? Probably no....or?

Loving all the sound design so far. I will need to rewatch this at home while wearing headphones, but so far it sounds great..

I am really impressed with the checklists that highlight the switches you need.

In my opinion this is even a step farther than the in-game manual by heatblur.

This is video was very well made and it is the confirmation that this module brings quality and completeness.

They have even worked the full functionalities of the AMU 😎 and from what I saw on the previous video the CNI-MU is also fully implemented and this is easier to say that actually doing it.

If it would have not been that I have already pre-purchase it the first day it was available, I would purchase it right now.

I can see an incredible potential for missions and since the Airplane Company was "new" on DCS I was a bit cautious on this but seeing what we have seen on the provided videos I LOVE IT, another great third party developer that knows how to do its job !!!

Hate to burst the bubble but there actually is a radar in there, the reason that black unpainted portion is not painted.

The radar does have a weather mode, but its mostly used for A/G / low level flight. The weather radar is actually one of the very few things in the plane that isnt modeled, but the DCS weather system at the moment just isn't fleshed out enough to make it a good experience. You wouldn't like what you saw on the display...

Thank you for the fleshed out answer. That was pretty much what I assumed. It doesn’t matter. I’m still absolutely hyped for the Modul. 🤩

Any chance for new(er) info on a release date? 😇

Wow both of the video's that ASC have released on the Herky are awesome! I can't wait to use that checklist.  

On the landing video, it shows the workload in a muliti-crew environment, which I would love to get my skill set to be a useful crew member as demonstrated in the video, is there any single player video planned? Really looking forward to haul anything in it.

Thanks for sharing an estimated realease window! I am very much looking forward to the AC-130, what I have seen on the videos you have done most outstanding work! When it is realesed on Steam it will be a day one purchase for me!

Hmm you know that there isn't a AC-130 - there will be a C-130J Super Hercules at launch and later a MC-130J Commando II - but for now no AC-130 🙂
