I would prefere something where a one person and a two peopleversion exist.

So that you can play online with a friend and deal with one system.

Appache/F14 what ever!

If I want to fly a bomber I will just fly FSX. Flying at 50k+ for a couple hours pickle the GPS bomb and turn for home. Yay, fun.

All this talk about an actual human RIO. I would like a poll to see how many of these people who keep recommending 2 person a/c would like to sit online and just watch as the pilot flys around and then signals for the RIO to attack a target for 10 seconds, then takes control of the a/c and heads for home. If that is someones idea of fun, thats great. I will not be signing up for that position. How long would the RIOs hang on for if the pilot kept getting shot down by enemy units just before the attack run began? Then wait while respawn and travel back to the area of battle.

Where did they say this?

I think they already know what will be next.... I doubt you would wonder what to do next after finishing the last project if you are chief of company and you have to gain profits. These things you must plan earlier.

Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D

I'll go with the more popular choice:

But really, F-22 is where it's at ;)

Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D

I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda

In the end I want to be flying an aircraft that feels like a real aircraft with knobs and buttons and a decent pilot workload. I don't want voice activated missiles and picture in picture mfd's and turns the pilot into a golden flying god and renders you invisible to a radar. The more superior the aircraft the less of a challenge we can expect, and I'm sure we all love a challenge, or we probably wouldn't consider flying the ka-50 or the hog. I'm not saying it would be hella fun to fly a dcs level sim of the f-22, but I don't think it makes for a truly dcs experience IMHO.

Aye - Firewalling the throttles and being rewarded with twin jets of fire shooting from your backside at take-off does I can imagine have a certain Je Ne Sais Quoi :D

there are already way too many flight sims dedicated to american planes, if I wanted to fly Hornets, Vipers, Phantoms, blablabla I'd go buy one of those.

And I damn sure don't want an opportunity of making a technically accurate flight sim into another complete fantasy trip by attempting to model totally classified models barely in production like the Raptor or F35. It's not that you couldn't give an educated guess as to their capabilities, it's just that you can't give one about their vulnerabilities, failings and inherent teething troubles so you still wind up with a fantastical superplane of fictional proportions.

I'm actually totally sick of american planes, cold war background and american/nato overload you understand.

I'm fascinated by what was previously concealed behind the Iron Curtain. I'd like to see an Su-27SM, -35 or MiG-29SMT, K or -35.

Not true. If you ever played JSF S-35 simulator you would know how false your assumption is. There is more pilot workload actually setting up a bomb run on an enemy airfield and evading sam and aaa emplacements. The avionics only provide tools to assess the situation, it doesnt make up for skill in an engagement. Just because something has stealth characteristics doesnt mean its invisible. The engagement circle of enemy anti air is just smaller, not gone all together. Quit talking out your butt.

Technically all those fancy jets are Chinese, since they have funded them :D

Good for me :)

I'm used to the soviet fighters and prefer it because of the low tech fun involved.

I would prefer a 16 or a 29, but 159th_Viper is true: this is a hell of a plane to ride. And perhaps it is the consensual figther airplane.

One step at a time, the next one could be radar and air to air missiles good models.

MiG-21! :D I think doing a few ambushes from behind the mountains could be fun, lol.

Old tech would be fun and easier on ED :) MiG-21 vs F4. The only problem is a dual seat implementation of the F4 for single player or 1 player online. No other jet with missiles that is old tech excites me that I can think of from that period, i.e. something that can turn fast.

Next aircraft/aircrafts that should be upgraded with the Advanced Flight Model!

An Advanced Flight Dynamics/Model for the Su-27/33 and F-15 Eagle just as the one for Su-25's and A-10C would be the most beloved and waited step by almost everyone who played the Eagle Dynamics series, from their beggining...!

How come that the most beloved aircrafts, for the meaning of Lock On, were left far behind?;) Please bring them to life...!

Lock On forever!

Mistakes, obviously, show us what needs improving. Without mistakes, how would we know what we had to work on!

Making DCS a better place for realism.

Let it be, ED!

I'm wondering why all planes in the poll begins with 'F' letter :noexpression:

Too small list to vote but if I should - I would like to check Tomcat capabilities :joystick:

Two words:

STRIKE

EAGLE

Comprende?

But I know that two American earth-movers in a row would not really be very interesting to the devs, so I think the next should be the Su-33.

But you guys HAVE to do the Strike Eagle at some point. It's too cool not to. :P

Im still keeping my fingers crossed for a fighter, or a multiroll aircraft, but to be honest Im happy as long as we dont get another dedicated ground attack aircraft... What Id actually love to see, somewhere down the line, after they have done the F-16, F/A-18, F-15 and whatnot, is something like a Black Hawk or another transport helicopter. It would be really cool to fly into a hot LZ to pick up troops while you get air cover by A-10s ;)
