Hi all, Now that we have a piston aircraft to go along with the jet (afterburning variant in development by the rumors) and helicopter flight/engine models, would others also have an interest in a turboprop aircraft? I was thinking something like a PC-9M or AT-6 II.

This would complete all the types of aircraft that you will find in the world (excluding piston helicopter) and I would really like to see what ED could do with a turboprop flight and engine model!

before turboprop, probably want to get balloons, especially weather balloons, into this game.

if possible, space shuttle, satellites and space station orbiting the planet.

The T-6 Texan II would make for a great DCS-quality trainer. That or the T-38.

My personal wish: DCS: Apollo Program.

Zeppelin... :)

I think ED should focus on Modern jets and the expansion of WW2 planes and world.

Maybe ask a third party developer. I'm afraid that such a trainer is not going to be popular although I do like the idea.

+1

Cessna 172N would be perfect for squad training thing - new pilot candidates should start learning basic flying and procedures on 172N, than moving on to military jet trainer - something like L-39, and only after that on full blown military combat jet.

Third party developers, where are you?

We've had a Zeppelin in FC2 for the VRA for a long time now

:notworthy:

L-39 is just perfect for an intermediate, jet training - now, we need 172N for really basic stuff
