Love the T-Toad! Ppl not flying all the aircrafts is missing out a lot of action.

Impressive work, ED!!! I think that will encourage me to fly the toad more often.

Thank you ED.

Wow, Su-25 pit look superb, great work ED team!

I guess at the end, all FC3 aircraft are going to get 6dof 3d pits and AFM.

FC3 will not seem to be complete product with half of the flyable aircraft using outdated graphics and physics.

I wonder if ED completely replaces all major graphics and code from all Lock On aircraft, will they be able to sell FC3 as a separate product, not relaying on any obligations with Ubisoft...?

That's an interesting thought. After all, with all the code & content redone and replaced... I suppose the only thing in the way of getting rid of Ubisoft's shackles.... would actually be: renaming the module to something which has no relation to "Flaming Cliffs" from a copyright POV.

My suggestions: (Parody/Provocation/Payback/Stupid route)

Framin' Cockpits

(Artsy hipster style or hard-working metalworker style.. with a slight asian pronounciation, i.e. R-touch.)

Frederic Cliff

(Nothing to do with anything, at all. But sounds like a good, random name for the book-character of a detective i.e. private investigator. - Cool and smokin' 60ies Dick-Tracy style.)

Fancying "Culottes"

(Rather french and sexy direction... for playful skirt-chasers.)

Glowing Fuselages

(No comment. Just sounds really stupid, which could simply be interpreted as political critique towards stupid and unfair/artifical applications of Copyright. And a shout-out to press freedom and The Pirate Bay. The first letters at least have similar shapes... but are reversed.)

Farming Carrots

(Natural and agricultural touch. For the more traditionally oriented.)

Forward Clockwork!

(Enthousiastic, philosophical hypothesis about the ongoing and unstoppable nature of time... with a slight touch of Clockwork orange.)

Cherry Fruit-Pie.

(Yum!)

Charlotte Fitzgerald

(Another book-character: A bitter and disappointed widow, who has never been really understood by anyone... *sniff*)

Changing Flaps

(Yes. Because I can! - Idiots.)

Or:

Fighter-Jet Champions.

(Slightly childish... but somehow has the cheesy and cool retro 80s touch to it.)

What if they opted for a synonymous title? Would that be enough to throw Ubisoft's legal hounds off the scent?

Incendiary Precipices?

Burning Crags?

Blazing Bluffs?

Ignited Escarpments?

Searing Scars?

Just sell them as Eagle Dynamics aircraft, without any other tag?

So, for example, Eagle Dynamics SU-25A Frogfoot

Eagle Dynamics SU-33 Flanker D

etc etc etc, and once the high end DCS version comes out, well just add that in between.

Or how about :

DCS: Red vs Blue ;)

A nice widely popular name for a nice collection of aircraft re-done and away from ubisoft's annoying shackles.

This cockpit is a move in the right direction. Actually anything improving the Su-25 virtual experience is a move in the right direction. Big time!

Nothing personal, just my extremely addicted opinion :D

This is something that makes the most sense, with the SU-25T being free to fly it should have a a full 3D up to date cockpit because it's a good way to show new users that are flying DCSW free to try it first what other modules will look like. This is a great move to showcase their products, they should add free civilian aircraft like a 152 or something as simple as possible to get the FSX users who only want civilian aircrafts to at least give DCSW a shot, that's just what i think.

I can't wait to see all these new cockpits!

Being an oldschool 25 driver all i have to say:

The new 25 6DOF cockpit will blast you away :)

I just can't wait for my favorite aircraft 6DOF pit, but the download is so slooow :helpsmilie:

the whole cockpit is surreal.. i mean if DCS would have 3D goggles support and one can immerse itself soo much into this cockpit that he may never get out ))

Just love it, those buttons, dammit those sexy buttons are just asking for some serious clicking.. but as i understand they are not to be for clicking but watching.. man i'm going to be drooling over the screen in the next few weeks..

It is nice to have even a bit more animation in the Su-25A cockpit (my favourite cockpit now) - for ome reason I really like seeing the flaps switch move - even though the indicator lights were already in full view anyway

Cheers.

nice, can we see our own wingtips in the su25 now?

(from the cockpit ofcourse)

yes, now you can even check if your nav lights are off after fence in :)

ok, using trackIR to move my head forward a bit before looking back...

The cockpit is really the best one in the whole DCS, at least for me :) Fantastic work! The only problem I have with it is, that I cannot fly the T-frog anymore, the difference is sooo huge :)

Fantastic work on the Su-25 pit! This is my favorite plane in the series.

Right now there is a lack of good user-made campaigns for the Su-25, I'm going to try to do my part to fix that.

MP with the Su-25 on most servers seems to be an afterthought--ie they just slap a pair of them in just to say they did. The way the missions are set up isn't exactly the best for this aircraft's role. The most common mistake I see is using too many waypoints. I wish I had a server then I could try to fix this too!
