Hello.

I would really like to get my hands on that spectacular mod but download link is broken. :(

Could someone post a working link to version 1.1?

Thanks

Is the update online? I can't download it, it's a 0 Bytes File.

How low do you want to go?

The effect works from about 200 feet and up (see screenshots on page one)

Below that, I recommend grass clutter and a decent noise_small file.

You can use the attached one.

Drag and drop it onto your LandTextures.zip file here -> C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Bazar\Terrain\vfstextures

Ditto awesome there I was flying around in the Huey thinking the scenery is looking a bit dated now and a bit plastic and fake looking.

And now this truly awesome dude love it I am seeing things and colours as they should be even without running the SweetFX it looks heaps better I downloaded the SweetFX but have no idea where it goes I will get someone to walk me through that on TS from our squad.

Thanks Jay,

You need to download Sweet FX from here.

Then unzip the files to the BIN folder in the DCS World folder.

When you've done that, copy my Sweet FX Settings to the BIN folder and overwrite the original.

It's an easy to use and very stable add-on for post effects processing.

Good luck!

@aceviper - how could you have no textures if all you did is copy four textures to four different zipped folders?

Copying textures to a folder won't remove textures.

Please note that this mod is not JSGME compatible.

As mentioned in the READ ME FIRST, you need to manually install these textures.

Good luck.

Hi everyone...the installing of the mod is not so difficult for me...did it right !

Now, i'm trying to understand SWEET FX.

I read that it doesn't support 64-bit games yet. OK ! I find my DCS-folder under programfiles in 32 bit...my computer has a 64-bit tech and it seems that DCS is a 64-bit games installed under 32 bit program files-folder.

It is a bit confusing because I don't get the really green landscape i see everywhere...ok...i see a difference and it looks very nice...i feel i'm not there yet !

Somebody has a torch to light the pad ? :-)

Thnx

You will need the Sweet FX 64 bit files from HERE.

Geert post a screenshot of what you see now and what you see when you've got Sweet FX working!

I had ver 1.0 working...copied ver1.1 to same relevant folders but something happened that left me with wierd severely blurred textures..will try later again.
