Flagrum Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 (edited) Gentlemen ... After one thousand or so bulbs it suddenly occured to me: stars? night? space? or snow storm? Seriously? IT IS THE OCEAN! It's like one of these pictures where you at one moment can see an old woman looking at you, and if you stare at it, it suddenly changes to a young girl looking into the other direction ... once you realize it is the ocean, you can not make it unseen ... :o) Edited January 1, 2014 by Flagrum http://www.onlinewahn.de/kipp-c.jpg ;o)
Cyb0rg Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 These damn bulbs, i keep forgetting they're there when i'm dragging the mouse around the page, makes me jump out of my skin when i accidently set them off! :D I break them all everytime i remember they are there. Devrim Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 These damn bulbs, i keep forgetting they're there when i'm dragging the mouse around the page, makes me jump out of my skin when i accidently set them off! :D Luckily they are snapped at the top of the page, and similar to some annoying scripts they're not moving with the page when rolling down. :) Intel i7-14700@5.6GHz | MSI RTX4080 SuperSuprimX | Corsair V. 64GB@6400MHz. | Samsung 1TB 990 PRO SSD (Win10Homex64) Samsung G5 32" + Samsung 18" + 2x8"TFT Displays | TM Warthog Stick w/AVA Base | VPC MongoosT-50CM3 Throttle | TM MFD Cougars | Logitech G13, G230, G510, PZ55 & Farming Sim Panel | TIR5 & M.Quest3 VR >>MY MODS<< | Discord: Devrim#1068
jimcarrel Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Good Grief! I thought I broke something, logged on to the site and was looking at the bottom of the screen and I hear all this glass breaking. Didn't know the flash header was active. You can break all the Christmas lights. Cool! Should have know that a breaking monitor doesn't sound like that. By the way, Happy New Year! Mizzy Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Love smashing those light bulbs :-) Happy new year everyone, since Flanker 1 I have been a supporter of the Fighter Collection and Eagle Dynamics. Love the new business model and quality of their wonderful programming. Thank you and now I am off to smash some more light bulbs :-) Mizzy x
104th_Cobra Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Think of it like some hunger management therapy. While one is smashing the light bulbs, isn't arguing or asking for F-15C/Su-27S AFM / Su-25T cockpit / whatever... until the team is off holidays. :) 104th Cobra [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

msalama Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Those %&/!"%# exploding light bulbs get on my nerves Am I the only person who finds them highly annoying!? I mean fergadssakes it was a good joke for maybe 5 minutes, but c'mon... The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.
sobek Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Am I the only person who finds them highly annoying!? I mean fergadssakes it was a good joke for maybe 5 minutes, but c'mon... Take control over what scripts are executed in your browser. This is as good a chance as any to start doing that (and you really should start doing that). Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
msalama Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Take control over what scripts are executed in your browser. Been there, done that - and still do. I've been using NoScript & Adblock Plus for ages, and only allow selected sites to run any scripts at all. But yeah, gotta get more specific about their config it seems... well unless the bulbs happen to automagically disappear one day, now that we've passed chrimbo & newyear again ;) Meanwhile, just gotta avoid the mofos like plague 'cuz I'm a lazy barstage as it comes to tweaking anything... well apart from DCS maybe :) The DCS Mi-8MTV2. sobek Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 we've passed chrimbo Think in terms of where this site is hosted and what the predominant religion is there... :) Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
karambiatos Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 well the sounds dont play on 64bit browsers, so you always have choice. danilop Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 (edited) ... now that we've passed chrimbo & newyear again ;) ... Well, it's New Year and then Christmas in Russia (and here in Serbia, too). It's actually New Year proper, then Christmas and then the Old New Year (Julian calendar) which falls on the 14th of January (Старый Новый год, Српска Нова Година). So we have two New Year days - one more occasion and reason to pass out from drinking :D http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_New_Year Edited January 5, 2014 by danilop

Nealius Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 This is probably the last I'll visit this site until the end of the month as I am tired of hearing those damn bulbs breaking whenever I go to/close a new tab.
