Thanks, yep..the real thing sounds about wright... In DCS the lower pitch and longer sound is what i meant. It can't be the JFS because that would be way to early in the startup cycle. Also the green RUN light remains on during the winddown sound. So the JFS is still running. Thanks for the reply

I have a bug with the pod and i presume BRM1, when i use the pod in Snowplow, it goes to 41nm (350+in track2) (weird i have a laser ranging more than 21nm) and 1 hour or 11hours of my cockpit. i can't move the pod, even if i try the unlock or the lock bouton. If i am correct, a unlock button action need to align the plane and the pod forward, and when i use BRM 1 the pod must show the impact point of rockets. If i try SLAV, all is correct. If i change weapon, in track 2 a gbu12, all is ok. bug pod.trk bug pod 2 .trk

No, thanks. Two years ago I'd have probably bought it just to support the developers, but now after Razbam debacle I'm much less enthusiastic about spending money on DCS.

Without renaming all the files you can also import the bindings in settings->input options and DCS will create new files with new GUIDs but using all the input changes imported from your saved files.

Given that two independent pedals don't work anything like rudder pedals I think you'll be struggling. Why not just get a control board and a single motor from the Rhino chaps and makes you current pedals FFB?

Does anyone know if the new air-dropping is a DCS core feature or proprietary ASC thing embedded in the module? Are we likely to see it incorporated into the CH-47, or AI DC-3, IL-76, C-17 etc? Also, will the cargo be functional or just cosmetic? Will dropping ammunition actually provide a rearming function in the same way placing ground logistics vehicles does?

Yes, I spoke with a few other users, and it seems that Pimax OpenXR is not working with mbucchia’s QV. The only workaround at the moment is to use PimaxXR with his QV. I’ve already submitted this bug to the development team.

Ha! Fast and easy if you know what the new IDs are supposed to be, but on new PC with fresh Win 11 you just don't. The only way that comes to my mind is loading DCS, making single change to each controller in each aircraft so that a bunch of diff.luas with new file name get created, then exiting and doing the renaming. I'd hazard a guess, however, that it's going to take even more of tedious clicking than using built-in "load profile" option.
