Oh, I'm perfectly fine with these obvious limitations. What keeps getting me is how they are too busy telling me about something they saw crossing the border into Angola to even let me know they are also seeing that enemy interceptor going straight for me. AI is not exactly DCS' strong suite, and AWACS/GCI has so little sense of priorities that it wants to be in the race for top contender. I rank them about on par with the ATC when it alternates between 'cleared to land' and 'go around' for a minute straight.

А не надоело "рогом упираться" игнорируя то, что ДОЛЖНО быть и выставлять как эталон то, что является результатом нарушения, ещё и гордиться этими "косяками"? Ваше "как на фото" это результат длительной эксплуатации конкретных "бортов" получившийся при не соблюдении правил этой эксплуатации.. Нормальный "борт" с завода приходит с зелёной индикацией шасси и механизации крыла, и как бы ты не упирался, так было есть и будет, а "выгорание" можно в игре и воспроизвести, чем старее самолёт, тем более блёклые цвета...

That is too old plane for that. It's computer is pretty limited. Maybe someone can correct me, but I think it is not possible. And MiG-29A is designed for short flights, probably wouldn't need that.

Those rumors about Dassault have been circulating since the time of the Mirage 2000C, over 10 years ago, and there has never been an official module with their name on it, nor any third-party French developer or similar project endorsed by them. So, until ED confirms it, they remain just rumors...

While I do not entirely disagree with the sentiment, I would like to remind everyone that BLUFOR and REDFOR are concepts that only live in head of your mission designer in question. I, personally, also enjoy certain scenarios that are reasonably inspired by the world I live in, but especially in multiplayer (the only place where 'balance' really means a thing) there is no rule against using the modules you want to use for the sides you want them on. The 'traditional' redfor folks have just been handed an all-new MiG-29. Long overdue, I'd say, but it's there. Use it for, like, twenty minutes, before insisting that you need something else. Thus, what it boils down to rather quickly, is just your usual 'I would like to use this particular airframe' wish.

Hey ED team. I fully expect the answer to be no but if you don't ask........ is there any way to gift a module I own to another? I have some old Razbam modules that I don't and won't use anymore, and a friend who is keen to own and try them. Is there anyway to pass them across?

Your issue is following: 1. You don’t need to scroll wheel for adjusting RSBN and PRMG, because they work in MANUAL mode only. 2. You had BEACON number 1 constantly selected. Which shows you direction to airport you took off from. You can see that straight yellow needle is pointed to previous airport. Minutes do not matter, but kilometers. RSBN has range of about ~240km. You have to select BEACON 2. But before, you had to program BEACON 2 in RSBN DTC tab and place second airport in that TAB (or a RSBN cars). Please, provide DTC data to check if I am right. But I think I am since I have seen RSBN cars on airport you took off from.

Can someone help me with customized cockpit textures (internal pilot body exactly)... Ive made custom body textures (pants, jacket + medium files also) In special option in game, when I change Default, Default-medium, and English - game recognized my custom pilot body When I change to Default-low, English-low and English-medium game load default dark blue body. Which command line is for those 3 non-working options? Does I need some extras texture files beside those 4? Nice! But Voila what? I mean, did you experience any practical improvement during gameplay? Higher FPS? I installed process lasso on another PC than this one some time back. All it did was leaving me confused. Not sure what I was actually doing or if it improved anything at all. So, I uninstalled it. That was on an Intel CPU based PC. This new here is AMD 9950x3D. Not sure if it (lasso) will actually do anything. I feel I have smooth gameplay, I don't experience stutters with my Crystal Super. If it helped you - good.

That makes perfect sense. Set to ILLUM, the radar is doing its radar thing plus transmitting making it the primary channel. Set to DUMMY, it's doing its radar thing and waiting to be told what to do with it.

А техника она имеет свойство отказывать и задача контролирующих структур именно в том и заключается, что бы на стадии производства, проверок и испытаний сделать так, что бы этих отказов было как можно меньше, но нельзя исключать и человеческий фактор, это когда исполнитель нарушает требования конструкторской, технологической и эксплуатационной документации, а потом начинается визг, мол техника плохая, нет, это либо голова дурная, либо руки кривые у исполнителя....

I thought to grab a couple screenshots last night from saving the new head position after an FOV change. I think the only way to start over is to delete the the snapview.lua in Saved Games. the one in the DCS directory doesn't do anything. The lua in the Saved Games directory will persist after a module reinstall or repair, so you must delete it. Once you do that, start DCS without head tracking, hop into the Fulcrum, adjust the FOV, and then save the snap view. Good luck. -Ryan
