Just installed the latest DCS update. There was nothing mentioned in the patch notes, but looks like many navaids have been corrected with names and so on. Okay, Damgarten still has 820 MHz wrong frequency, but that's an easy fix on my end for the time being. Thanks Ugra.

Hi I just ordered myself the Monstertech mount for the Super Taurus. I would like to attach the PTO2 to the vertical part of the mount which essentially seems to be a 4080 aluminum profile. Does anyone know, what kind of screws fit through the PTO parts? Is it M5 or M6? Or something completely different? I want to know because I want to order the nuts that go into the rail online somewhere.

@YoYo I agree with @Silver_Dragon I think ORBX will go south and make a Baltics map, and OnReTech is for sure making a Balkans map. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk

What about first person pilot body and of other crew? Will there be new explosion effect for the MOAB? Very promising module. Looking forward to it

I think it's too early for ED to tell us about new maps, especially with the final Afghanistan expansion and two Iraq expansions still to come. Perhaps we can say that the only map we could expect an announcement on is the next WW2 map, with the release of Marianas WW2, and something tells me that will be a Channel 2.0 map, given the Battle of Britain (Nick Grey's plans for Bob's modules after the F6F Hellcat and WW2 PTO are just around the corner). What modules is ED possibly working on right now? Very possibly (I'd have to check Wags' statements). The only ones are rumors from ORBX, something tells me it's the Baltic map south of the Kola, and the "teaser" for the Balkans map by OnReTech. And of Course the missing 2 expansions of Cold War Germany by UgraMedia. The North Australia map was banised by the 3rd party close.

R27R/ER lose track if you enter memory Mode
Pavlin_33 replied to GRY Money's topic in Su-27 for DCS World
Alammo should home in on target reflections only in terminal phase of flight - 80% (I assime this is for max range). Rest of the way it's following M-link. -
@OnReTech company has a discord?

Sorry for the late reply ive been working away. Theres some very good ideas and help here, i will have a go and keep you all updated. Issue i also have is when the tanker says hes at X speed and X height, how do you what height to be at when below the tanker? Do the LEDs under rhw tanker indicate this or are they just forward and back and left and right?

Varjo aero, GPU 4090, Intel, Win 11- This is a recent problem-I think before the most recent update it wasn't happening but can't be sure. So generally I can boot up computer, and start DCS-then from the Startup menu I can Launch DCS-in VR mode. But after (generally) playing and exiting (sometimes it works twice) when I start up DCS again it will only launch into pancake (non-VR) mode. I have reinstalled the Varjo base, and repaired DCS files, updated nvida drivers, disabled other programs etc. Can anyone think what could be happening? What could change between first launch (which works) and the subsequent launches (that don't)? ANY ideas are appreciated.

Looking forward to the release date. I just purchased it. I know it will be a great airplane.

Why do I need the "Switch side" command on a Tape Player?
Mr_sukebe replied to ASW's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
Does it skip under high G turns? As for CD players, Sony launched the first one back in 1982. The first Discman was in 1984 -
People had 8 years to figure that out, if it was possible at all. I doubt it's that easy, or we'd have it already. Fixed it for you.

I get it. :)) It would be sublime Nam or Korea. But that south portion of Iraq is taking a while.
-
We are also talking about new producers, not just current ones remeber :).
-
They better be working on the unfinished maps instead, though....
-
Its not only the file. File and programming is absent.

Its been over a year, what on earth are you thinking, most people would probably want and/or expect a high quality product finished in a year, i bet...

I'm thinking that currently (at least as far as announcements go) there's nothing new on the table. It seems no one is working on a new map for DCS. Iraq and Marianas WWII was the last one (of course, updates also apply to Germany, Iraq, and Afghanistan), but there's no word on a new map. Any leaks? I don't mind if something were to finally happen with Vietnam or Korea, like here: https://dcs-web-editor.github.io/dcs-web-viewer-deploy/

I should of been more direct in my previous comment: Just toss the manual file inside 'docs' folder into your phone or any other handheld device >before flight< instead of relying on google (highly degraded search engine), AI (bloat of regurgitated nonsense) or a website. Lack of manual in hand midflight are a user side problem. The files are always up to date in 'dcs' root folder.

A4 isn't a 3rd party though, it's a free mod.
