Old versions of this campaign do not work. Almost all the missions have issues. The only problem with this version is the games AI.

I have considered it, but scratched the idea. DCS triggers are inadequate to detect the player's position during a maneuver, so it's pretty hard for me to know when the player does it right or deviates. I could just give you a demo program and make you fly it, but only some would follow it properly, the rest would just goof around. Hardly an interesting mission without interactive feedback from your RIO - which, as I said, is not possible in DCS. If the player followed the program 90%, I could do it. but realistically, most players won't, and such triggers cannot be made 'forgiving' at all. So I figured it's a rabbit hole I don't want to go down, answering all the 'bug reports' how it doesn't work

The manual calls for closing the cowl flaps during landing. In DCS this cooks the engine immediately. There needs to be more cooling effect with the cowl flaps closed

Народ, подскажите пожалста вот какой момент - не могу вырубить движки на чинуке, перевожу рукоятки в Idle, обороты падают, а вот дальше, либо останавливается один движок а второй молотит, либо оба молотят, обороты при этом 50%. Это до сих пор неисправленный баг? Отключение топливных насосов кстати ничего не даёт. Было бы любопытно выработать топливо но на это уйдут часы.

Die stehen da aber nur weil Steam keine "offenen" Pre-Sales, also ohne konkretes Datum erlaubt. I've find that the choice of the skin of the player's aircraft is very important when the V-Ram is limit and the scene heavy loaded. For me, using a 4K or 8k skin changes totally if there will be freezes or not.

The issue you are seeing is a known issue in the SHKVAL when there is a launch, I do not have a fix for this yet. thank you

Если тебе интересно, не просто посмотреть как летчики играют в DCS, найди канал TOPGEN, там есть Сиренити он действующий летчик, курсы по авиасимам проводит обучалки там всякие. если инглиш знаешь есть CW Lemoine он же "mover" бывший пилот F-18 у него несколько видосов про DCS есть вон кстати, выше "Вафен кет" отписался, у него тоже стримы с реальным, действующим пилотом Су-30 на канале проходят

I don’t really want to get into a back-and-forth with you as I don’t think it’s constructive but what I would say is that it’s not a ‘random’ smartphone sim, it’s a combat flight sim with carrier landings simulated so my comparison is somewhat warranted. I sincerely apologise for not answering your question, I didn’t mean to trigger you by saying my view on the current wire physics is that they need improvement. It doesn’t take an expert to perhaps come to the opinion that how the cables behave in game vs. how they appear to in countless amounts of footage on YT suggests improvements are needed in terms of the wires impact on an airframe at touchdown/hook grab. If you think I’m wrong, just say that instead of using italics and suggesting my comparisons offer nothing of consequence.

Love the update so far - not having flown the old version too often, but I really enjoy V 2.0! One thing I noticed is that the mod is really heavy on fps - I get a worse framerate than in the AH-64.
