  1. Past hour
  2. Never heard of such a conflict that F-35 would face Su-27SM or MiG-29SMT and it doesn't look like one is coming soon.
  3. Благодаря вашим видео я и обучился этому делу
  4. in real life there su27sm with fox3 etc. same with mig29 smt
  5. Yes please! Most of these are relics from LockOn and Black Shark and desperately need updating.
  6. i don't understand: if the radar switch is on "dummy" position → it wont be able to emmit. So, if "coop" switch is "ON" and radar is on "dummy" it activates the radar? I tought that the coop mode was to couple the radar emmision with irst but in this case radar is on "dummy"?
  8. Good afternoon! I'll try to explain it to you point by point. 1. You can fly to the river, closer to the outposts. Just be prepared for Triple-A and MANPADS. Your skill is everything in this situation. There are no restrictions in the campaign. The mission is only failed if you get shot down. In Mission 2, if you damage your aircraft. 2. Read the Author's Note on Completing Missions very carefully. It's on the DCS campaign page and in the documentation: DCS World OpenBeta Mods Campaigns AH-64D Outpost Doc. It contains the following lines: -In most missions, you will be in the role of a wingman. Your flight lead will enter a holding orbit and wait for you after takeoff over WP1 or before returning to base. If you hear the command from your flight lead — 'Rejoin,' proceed with closing in. To ensure he continues on the route, keep within 200-300 feet. And I'd like to add, you don't need to keep within 200-300 feet for the entire mission. This is simply to ensure the leader continues the route. All Stone Sky campaigns are built on this scheme. If you're a wingman, your leader is waiting for you in orbit, join him, and he'll continue. 5. In this campaign, there's no option for RTB or re-arming and continue the task. Such missions existed in the Outpost Mi-24, but not in the Ah-64. 2 missions. Yes, there was an issue with Arleigh Burke, due to the lack of a supercarrier. But today, a trigger scheme has been devised that works. And landing nets are lowered when you approach within 1 nautical mile of the destroyer. Technically, it appears that the AI behind you activates, requests a landing, and the landing nets are lowered. This problem arose a few months ago, after the latest DCS update. By the way, you can still press space to reject this landing. This option appears after radioing with the USS Sampson and clearing the landing. Spacebar - REJECT LANDING. You'll be sent to the next task. Skipping 2 missions are optional.
  9. Good morning. I intend to try playing DCS World in virtual reality and I want to buy a 128GB Meta Quest 3 Super headset or more memory if necessary. My system is a PC with an i7 4790K processor, 32GB RAM, an 8GB RTX3070Ti GPU, and a 27-inch AOC 4K monitor. Would it be possible to play with a visual level and performance of at least 40fps, or on the contrary, is the equipment insufficient and visually it would be bad and wouldn't it be worth switching to virtual reality without changing my equipment? Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me any ideas on this.
  10. Ah, coop/dummy with the HMS. I know I tried it once but didn't notice any difference, though to your point it's currently missing some functionality. I did find the ET to get a lot of extra range when rear-aspect after switching to coop/dummy, though head-on targeting is still abysmal. I guess FC3 gave the wrong impression of the T/ET capability.
  11. are you using dedicated server and if so have you installed the sinai terrain ? info here
  12. It is inconsistent somewhat, I admit, but since russian C stands for S letter it is not a bug - they just let it stay that way since the beginning. Note that also whole 9.13 group is NATO labeled Fulcrum-C.
  13. Although that's right, the devs don't like setting up test environments that may or may not match yours and look for issues that you might have. Especially with getting dozens or hundreds of those claims in a week.
  14. Today
  15. Hi. I've tried this Misson 5 times and have hit a few problems. 1. 6 missiles for 3 outposts? Flight lead doesn't help out apart from the boats. Am I supposed to cross the river and use guns / rockets? I've been told to stay 1 mile away from river. 2. Flight lead stays circling the takeoff base preventing the mission from progressing. This has happened twice. 5. Re-arming ends mission. I land. Re-arm, and am told to shut down engines. I'd like to proceed, but have already had to skip the previous Misson due to the destroyer landing nets not working. Skipping 2 missions seems pointless.
  16. I’m a little surprised that they’re not included in the available equipment list by airfield, such that we can stop them being mounted
  17. Just as IRL. Yeah, would be nice to get these, maybe J-15 and Su-57 too.
  18. @Maverick Su-35S True! All is well, when it ends well!
  19. I've released v1.5.1, with a couple of minor fixes. https://github.com/dharmab/skyeye/releases/tag/v1.5.1
  20. Is it like, we got F35 yay my enemy is su27 from late 80s
  21. I've been testing this a lot to confirm. When pre-flaring against AA IR missiles, yes, even after you stop dropping flares, the air to air IR missile might go for the flares, but if a an IR SAM is launched, it will never go for flares that were pre-released. It's simulated that the IR SAM will only start looking for flares only after it gets launched, NEVER before. On the other hand, if an IR SAM is launched, it can go even for 1x flare that you release after the missile is launched at you and it will go for that single flare if you are 3-4kms away from the launch point, which seems pretty plausible from that distance. I don't even need to post a track, everyone can check this out.
  22. Hi, How do you manage the IR mode with efficiency please? I tried in various condition ( look up, medium and close range, low and high altitude) and i don't have great result interms of acquisition. How can you sort contacts with noise around? Thx
  23. Lol..., I thought that there's something related to the missile's flight performances or something, but for him, underperforming meant about the explosive damage. Don't confuse performances with explosive power. Nonetheless on an immortal AI=). Of course, you later found out that small mistake!
  24. No! I didn't generate anything! It's the game that did things by itself over the years of updates. I had installed Open Beta when it was, then later on DCS's updated did the rest and voila..., it didn't take care of that folder, it remained named Open Beta and perhaps other files were messed up in the main game folder as well and we may never know exactly if it was only a file that needed replacement or a bunch of other. I've just reinstalled +500GB of game files and that was it. Now it works. No more crashes after reconnecting to the internet during a mission. Thanks!
  25. Mal für zwischendurch Viel Spaß euch Frank
