Hey everyone, While the performance went way up using medium textures when flying the Chinook (thanks ED for this option !), my friends have super low FPS when I fly my CH-47D with them on the same server. They do NOT own the module, thus can’t set any options to lower the VRAM usage. Is this a known issue Thanks

Does anybody know where this 'tempMission.lua' file is? It doesn't exist in that folder. And Grok said it was a dynamically generated temp file when you create kneeboards. So, I'm also wondering why it's being called from DCS at all? Thanks! I installed all of my modules into that new clean install. I made a mission with most of my flyables flown by ai. And the log had around 250 errors.. So sad..

I was wondering why the Tin Shield radar included in the SA-5 group template had a range less than its maximum launch range, so I searched the forums and found the following posts: https://forum.dcs.world/topic/278213-tin-shield-radar-incorrectly-named-as-sa-5-search-radar/ https://forum.dcs.world/topic/209899-sa-5-any-updates/page/5/ In short, while the original SA-5 SR was being developed, the Tin Shield was temporarily used as an SR. And once the radar for the actual SA-5 is developed, they said they would replace the Tin Shield with that radar. This was written in 2021, but it still hasn't changed. I don't want to see the range of this fantastic missile reduced. When will radar development be completed?

I suggest you take a closer look at all 5 tacviews and see when chaffing was stoped and how missile is missing target that is no longer droping chaffs.

Thanks @Vakarian! While nothing showed null, clicking the fuse settings definitely cleared the problem. BTW for those not famlliar, to access the fuse settings click the yellow triangle in the corner. Thanks @MeanJim. I've forgotten about the FLIR calibration. Will definitely try this and will report back.

That is EXACTLY how they how they behaved when I used the 3rd generation monoculors and binoculors in the late 2010's. Full moon light is why most great battles were waged through the millenia. Enough light to see your footing and the enemy up close but not enough light for them to detect you when you didn't want them too. NVG's in full moon light had to be turned way down in intensity and even then were mostly useless which is when we broke out our IR detectors but only had a few of them.

Vakarian just answered as I was typing my reply. I'm getting it on both F-16 and F/A-18. If I just click the weapon properties (yellow arrow) and press OK it fixes it. I hope they'll fix this though so I don't have to go through all of my missions and fix each one manually. As for the new ATP, are you doing a FLIR Calibration? It clears up the image some. You will need to re-calibrate it after some time too. From page 395 of the manual:

Fuzes got some changes in the last major update. Basically if you hover over the loadout without doing anything, you'll see that some options might have "null" value. When you open up a fuze setting you'll see that they all got reloaded. That's the "fix"

Опять не могу запустить ВД через коробочку. Просто не ищет компьютер. Оказалось, что нужно подсоединять коробочку в "главный" роутер (у меня это гпон терминал от провайдера), а не во второй роутер. У меня их два, второй подключен патчкордом, и работает в качестве усилителя вайфай для телефонов и ноутбука. В Пико 4 коробочка работала от второго роутера, просто в ВД было написано Local computers с возможностью подключиться к ПК.

Please consider making NPL pages fillable with mission editor and scrollable when pilot model is on. Same for wind calculator.
