any sources for Pantsir? thare are numerous IRL evidences Pansir is not able to self defend against subsonic tactical missiles like Delilah, and misses drones by tens of meters. TOR is known to be a very potent anti-missile system, that's undisputed and proven by hard evidence. -

Thank you for the suggestion but this is not what I was looking for. That's just the same as the F4 view which allows you to freely move around an object. As you can tell from the video above, the slow panning/ rotational shot that keeps the aircraft centered is completely different. Another question I have is whether it's possible to have a super slow translational movement of the camera with the mouse wheel in free view mode - atm one scroll movement of the mouse wheel up or down results in a translational movement of the camera forward or backwards but at a much higher rate than I would ideally like for a cinematic close-up shot, and I cannot find any way of reducing these mouse wheel increments to have a slower translational movement

All issues have more than one solution, hence at the moment there are three destinations for such files - Bazar, CoreModes and Saved Games\DCS\Liveries Bazar's total size (if I didn't trimmed it heavily the other day) is less than the Liveries of F-14, which I don't have and never tried ~ 10 GB. but my issue is that there are so, so, so many and especially for models not everyone have or for me personally will never have like WWII models and even the F-14 and this is totally a personal choice so why there is no way to choose? Even if I'm all for WWII and keep TF-51 with Marianas WWII map, I'll still will be bugged to install all the rest of maps and modules just because I own them and have the CoreModules/Liveries as well. Last week saw Kola map has a Trial option, downloaded it, flew few missions with F's I have, made few missions myself and decided it's not a map I like, now untill the trial period is over, I'll have a notification to download it and what if I don't like to see F-15/Su-27 in my list just because I prefer full fidelity models? DOWNLOAD IT! My very first module in DCS was F1 and I adored M-2000 but wasn't a time to buy anything at the moment and now I can't have it at any cost but I'll have all the required files for both of them just because! Now I'm starting to think that separating files and folders wont be enough, maybe, just maybe ED should brainstorming on possibility to separate modules entirely and have Asset packs for every taste? FYI: the trimming of CoreModules saved me more than 100GB, at the moment I'm re-downloading (make a 'DCS_Updater.exe repair') as I might went too heavy and I'll do it more mindfully just to not throw more than required. -

Hello. Could someone who owns a combination of a Virpil CM-2 grip and a Moza AB9 tell me if the brake axis also functions as an axis? I heard somewhere on the internet that it does not and that it only functions as a button? This is a decisive factor for me in whether to buy the Moza base or not. Thank you.

Hi folks, It all started after I deleted the "fxo" and "metashaders2" folders which I still do once in a while and this has never caused me any issues but now I have some ridiculous problems. First thing I've noticed is when going to the WW2 Marianas Map and trying to select a helicopter I get an error message saying "There are no units available for this criteria. You Are Using Historical Mode". So I changed the mission date to 2020 instead of 1944 but then I still get strange things happening like a huge portion of units being unavailable. For example I can select a helicopter but lots of the helicopters which I have are missing from the list in the mission editor. If I however load up an old mission - the units do load correctly, even if they are not shown in the unit drop down menu. Same story with everything else like ships - it's like they are missing but they do exist if you load up an old mission. I repaired DCS - no effect. Removed all mods - no effect. Clean up - no effect. Struggling for ideas here... I've attached the Export.lua and the dcs.log files. Any help appreciated! Thank you! Export.lua dcs.log

A dynamic campaign can also be very immersive, at least if it can be played as a team. But for that to work, certain prerequisites have to be met. It is crucial that flights, tasks, and packages follow a meaningful logic that adapts to the changing situation and the available logistics. Moreover, the AI urgently needs to improve in several areas. In our DCS multiplayer sessions, the AI is extremely kill-hungry. It flies blindly to its death and performs very poorly while doing so. Recently, I had another comparison in a BVR session in the other sim, where the AI opponents behaved extremely cleverly. They tried to sabotage our sorting, executed long-range defensive shots and supported them precisely up to husky, only to then bracket us. That was already a very high level, and I don’t see the DCS AI at that point yet. I’m very hopeful they will get there eventually, but I think the greatest potential for a dynamic campaign actually lies in multiplayer.

Has anything been said on how they will do airfields ? I know it will be a low detail map , except in areas where you have purchased detailed map areas. (As per Wags interview) In order to be useful they would almost have to allow us to place some sort of generic airfield anywhere on the map (modern & ww2). Otherwise we would have a massive map where aircraft cannot reach most areas. I cannot imagine them placing the airfields themselves. Just the number would prohibit that.

Thank you for mentioning it, if you weren't I wouldn't find it ever. Truly Appreciate for you consideration, Yes I did in fact have in mind the Multi Player chat system. No need to apology. I personally think that one system should take place of the other as superior and the Pause function must be optional as Avionics and Communications menu. Saying that I think that missing the last message should be an button on the keyboard instead scrolling in the message window, chat or kneeboard, but this is me - full of opinion
