It disqualifies you from leading people to think that you fly them for a living, which is exactly what people here had concluded. An early correction from you would have been appreciated. Ref VID, there are other external differences between A-10C and A-10A+, but since you're berating ED for getting the antenna wrong, I'll let you work out what those differences are for yourself.

1st Trailer - 2nd Trailer - WANTED: Voice actors! Send me a PM if you're interested. Preferably those who can do a decent Russian accent, or those who can speak both Russian and English, but I'm also going to need some NATO actors too! So anyone who thinks they can do a decent bit of acting, send me some PMs! "The Wolf Pack" is a campaign where you play as a mercenary flying for the Russian Air Force in an Su-33. I'm hoping for this to become a very large long-term project for myself and anyone in the Lock On community who wants to join in! While as many of you know, I drop by on a regular basis to complain about some stupid glitch I've found (because I just have that rubbish kind of luck :P). However, don't get me wrong. No game is perfect. Every game has its glitches. After the first patch came out for FC2, the use I got out of it compared to FC1 absolutely skyrocketed! I was really mad about the initial release, but the patch repaired at least 80% of my troubles, the other 20 I can overlook. I decided to try to use my resources to their full potential. The trigger system allows me to create missions I'd never have dreamed of in FC1, from simple dogfights to deadly gauntlets. In addition, I've been trying to use voice acting to the best of my ability, using Audacity to edit sounds to add in radio effects and background noise. But here's what I've got so far. It's going to be a very interactive and hopefully long campaign. Plus a few Easter eggs now and then referencing things I like such as Ace Combat, Top Gun, and even a couple videos I've done! I have a total of three characters so far that have had voice acting parts in this. Voice actors so far... Col. Voyla - Your commander and director for probably the entire campaign. Boris Ruslan - Callsign "Pegas", Boris is the pilot of your tanker plane. Lt. Graviil - KA-50 pilot who is introduced by the 3rd mission. Ian Sokolov - Played by my buddy "Sam", a Tu-142 crew member originally employed by the air force on a research grant to perform high altitude tests. Now that the war has begun, he has been reassigned to a Tu-95 and given the task of cruise missile strikes. Capt. Sergejevich - Charismatic and honorable captain of the Admiral Kuznetsov. Planned voice parts include... Spades - Me, of course, and I'll be making an appearance in a later part of the series. :P Sam - Sam playing himself, both of us referencing the YouTube video I have created. Want a part in this? I have to laugh when folks compare sims to real life .....or themselves or thier squad to a military unit. Comparing yourself or your results to the "airforce" , well , is beyond ridiculous and insulting intellectually to anything standing on two feet. It just reinforces the belief of many that quite a few folks take themselves way to seriously.......Time for folks to get out of moms basement and get some fresh air....

Well, Hog Driver, I doubt anybody would deny a good hint or good resource, but as so often, it's the tone that makes the music. You must admit, that the name "Hog Driver" together with your statements must have raised the idea that you indeed are a hog-driver. And considering how aggressively you reacted when Steve asked if you are, I got the same impression he did: That this image you created was actually intended. If you have detailed information about the Hog, anybody here welcomes your initiative to share it. But there is no need to deceive or attack somebody else, when doing so.

Тоже было такое ощущение, на малых скоростях миг начинал жестко дергаться в воздухе, вместо плавного сваливания дергание на месте. Ну теперь следующее сравнение надо делать когда миг-29 афм будет :)

Есть ещё один важный фактор - радиус установившегося разворота. Подозреваю, что именно он обеспечивает грачу превосходство. Кроме того, важно, данные по Су-25 с закрылками или без. Интересно было бы посмотреть на график угловой скорости Су-25 из РЛЭ. Если это возможно, просьба выложить. Ну Миг тоже себя не совсем по-ястребиному вёл:) Тоже хотелось бы услышать комментарии от людей "в теме". P.S. Лично у меня особых сомнений насчёт превосходствва Грача в горизонтали нет, всё-таки были полёты в Липецке, да и почти прямое крыло грача обязывает быть лучше в горизонтали.;)

Если верить РЛЭ обоих самолетов, то Миг-29 имеет преимущество в угловой скорости установившегося виража во всем диапазоне высот и скоростей при массе самолетов (миг29-10900+2100),(су25-9163+1800). По моим субъективным ощущениям установившийся вираж на Су-25 держать легче чем на МИге.

Странно, у меня включено самозатенение, однако никаких глюков. Модов по уничтожению теней от облаков не ставил. Видео карты такие, как у топик стартера. Вот скрины, правда с видом на город и небо, но и на горах глюков не припомню :huh:

I don't have DSCW but I do have the Warthog HOTAS. The switch sends a keystroke once it's in the desired position. The switch doesn't repeat the keystroke over and over or you would have stuttering issues. You do bring up an excellent question, I would assume the sim would still start regardless of the position of your HOTAS switches since the game sent that keystroke.

Ну в общем то было очень трудно... Я честно говоря еще пару недель назад думал что штурм против ястреба никакой в пушечном бою. До этого на штурме я почти не летал ни в сети ни офлайн... В основном на су-27 больше. После того как меня побил Кот на Граче, когда я был на Миге сам удивился. Думаю если потренироваться в стрельбе по сетке у мига шансов будет меньше...

Personally I think that ED should focus on the DCS series and move into the future not look back to waste resources on FC2. I guess it's all sells driven really if FC2 is selling strong then it would make sense to continue to support FC2 . Either way I will support ED's decision.
