  1. Why not skip the task? it is a challenge, which is why I made it optional so you won't get stuck and can still proceed with the mission.
  2. Try either dropping a pair of bombs, or check your fusing is for tail and not nose or nose/tail. Ideally want some penetration on the bomb IIRC.
  3. No issues, you'll either be missing a step (not setting battery to main power is a common one) or have something installed that is conflicting. Check out Bogey Dope's tutorial and make sure you're doing things the same way, if you've still got an issue after that come back to me and we'll look into it more.

  5. That's an Ugra thing though I'm afraid, not anything I can do about it other than add in a manual TACAN like I already have done.
  6. I don't know if they have them in real life but the airbase doesn't have them in DCS, however there is a manually added TACAN beacon at H4 that I've put in for the campaign, it's listed in the SPINS and knee boards.
  7. Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed. Let me know if you can remember the mission the AI went a bit funny and I'll take a look. Sounds like an AI bug, but the backup triggers kicked in to compensate and make sure the mission still progressed.
  8. So the SA-6s will shut down when the SEAD flight attacks, but will randomly reactivate later so you will need to keep an eye out for them popping back up on you. Recommended attack is to attack with Newt... I've always used a string of retarded Mk-82s on the FMA with good effect, don't like being too high over this target as it's pretty dangerous.
  9. Fix should be in the next update, shouldn't stop you finishing the mission though in the meantime.
  10. T-72s are as shown in the spoiler, just track north from the BMP position for about 2 miles. SA-6 will only come into play if you get out of position, stay south of phase line orange and you will be well out of it's range. On the final task when you support the TIC make sure you attack from the south as directed and avoid overflying the troops position (so fire then immediately break east) and this will keep you out of range.

  12. The SA-6 shouldn't be a factor in mission 8, you should never be in range of it. It is slated for destruction in mission 9. I'll check the Hornets though, that sounds like a new development.
  13. Ah yeahs sorry, forgot M9 had different radio presets to normal. I'll double check everything just to make sure.
  14. I'll double check but you might have missed the approach trigger (should be on VH4 ch 4) . If you get too close to H4 without initial contact the rest won't work either IIRC.
  15. Biggest problem is I don't speak very good French. So I'd have pay someone to do the not insignificant job of translating several hundred pages of documents, then re-make all said documents (a lot of time in photoshop), then translate every in game subtitle and message...of which there will be probably 4000 or so. And maybe even re-record all the sound files in another language, which would be a huge job, and then I would need to re-test all the missions, in all their combinations, to make sure all the sound files fit together properly. And that's just for one language...which language should I choose? With all respect, all the data I have would suggest that French would not be the biggest opportunity for a bi-lingual campaign, so it wouldn't be the language I would choose first. So as you can hopefully understand, it would just not be all that practical to do unless you're already fluent in the languages involved, the cost of hiring someone to do it would in my opinion make the price of the campaign too high and that would negatively affect sales. I understand the frustration though, I'm sure I would feel the same if I were in your position.
  16. The radio check will play automatically once the radio is set, there are no F10 menu options to access at this point.
  17. No it's still there, but you can only activate it at mission start, it disappears once you start taxiing IIRC

  22. Data link is a Viper bug in the recent update, I'll link the fix below. As for M8, I've just trawled through the triggers and it looks like you missed the comms with Sentinel after killing the second SA-8. Kills seems to have been triggered as the F10 options were removed and comms triggered, after this you would have had a message to contact Sentinel and press spacebar, I would guess you either missed this or accidentally cancelled it (which it is possible to do if you press backspace).
  23. Sounds like something got corrupted, maybe from a mod. But glad it's sorted
  24. Have you got any mods installed? If so I suggest removing and running a repair.
