  3. All I can suggest then is attempt a repair/reinstall, guess it's either a conflict somewhere at your end or the missions didn't install properly, but if they're loading that sounds unlikely. Do you get kneeboards on other missions or is it just the campaign?
  4. Sounds obvious but have you checked all the keys-binds? Sometimes they can get reset.

  7. Fair enough, appreciate your position. Missions have been altered to allow colored dots so should be on the next update, following the feedback above that the force override isn't working.

  9. Ha ha you do start to get over confident after a while! Glad the wingman is being useful...I remain determined to prove that the AI in DCS isn't always bad .
  10. New data-link settings will be added in the next update.
  11. Easiest way is to extend towards the oil plant (Bravo) or the wind farm (Alpha) as you descend, then hook back round. As long as you avoid the town ATC will be happy with you.

  13. Thanks very, that's great to hear and love that you are using the intel guide to plan missions, that was always my hope for it! Agreed, would love a save system...maybe one day! But that's why I put the immortal option in...as you will get shot at quite a lot!

  15. Lol it's funny how many people think of the radio menu as the F10 menu and not realise straight away it means the F10 menu in the radio menu. And so many people do it you can't really criticise anyone for it, just a human thing we do I guess!
  16. It's a fair point. But as the mission are designed to be completable without AAR it would add unnecessary complexity, TOTs are already hard enough to plan as you have the player base taking different amounts of time to even start the aircraft.
  17. ha ha fair enough. Worth checking the coords on the actual TGP screen if not sure in future, in the pics above you can see the coords on the screen match what's on my DED screen so that's a good way to cross check.
  18. No, if you've received the coordinates the units are already active, carried out a quick test to double check the cords, all was good: Both targets exactly where they should be. The updated SOI/SPI logic has caused some people issues, maybe this is the reason. You may need to un-designate previous targets and then hit CZ again on the MFD as your pod starts looking in the wrong direction otherwise.
  19. Are you setting the altitude as well as the coordinates when you enter the waypoint? The coordinates you get given for both those targets should be spot on IIRC.
  20. No the new data link settings aren't implemented yet, they will be in the next update. The TDOA feature (triangulation) will only be of limited use in the campaign, as it wasn't in DCS when the campaign was built so the missions aren't set up to make use of it, we use other more engaging ways of finding sams instead .

The folder will be located in your DCS install location, with Steam the default location is in something to Iike: program files / steam / common (not at my computer now so could be getting some of that wrong).   22. Yep that's right, it's why you can only hear the player, all external radio comms are actually transmitted by the unit in question on the correct frequency.
