UN mission 2 have a bug, but @Flappie offered fix to it I played UN through, that was only fix I needed. Argo have own forum area https://forums.eagle.ru/forum/511-uh-1h-argo-campaign/, maybe you found help there. I am currently in mission 10 in Argo. I have noticed several ADF problems, otherwise it is good campaign. There is some bugs although. I highly recommend free Larkin Aviation in Syria campaign to you if you have Syria Map. There is version of Persian Gulf too bu I have not that map. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3312166/ I think time acceleration (Ctrl+Z accelerate and Shift+Z reset time) feature is handy with Argo and UN.

Full Review of the Argo Campaign and Interview of the Developer
Lucidus replied to Simicro's topic in UH-1H Argo Campaign
This was a good review. I am in mission 10 now and I can recommend this campaign. What comes about fly times I use time acceleration (Ctrl+Z accelerate and Shift+Z reset time), this feature is very handy. Specially if you must to fly mission again. Biggest issue of campaign is that some ADFs are broken currently. I had to look kneeboard and I used mark my position feature. Is that cheating? It feels like cheating but it is good option. I had dot labels in use, these helps a lot specially in night missions (I use VR). -
Argo Campaign Mission 13 broken (at least for me)
Lucidus replied to mari8it's topic in UH-1H Argo Campaign
Do you have same problem than he is in issue 2? (Argo have own forum area) "Near the end, my task was to fly over the convoy to assess damage. This did not appear to register. I flew back and forth over the convoy barely missing power poles, then tried wider circles, accelerated time etc. Eventually after many minutes when I was flying a wide circle looking for missing vehicles, it suddenly triggered as complete." -
I think it would be good if door gunners could play without buying module. Maybe that way there would be more human gunners. I am not sure if that would help. Huey is not expensive if you buy it -50% and it is so much more fun to fly. I think it is best module of DCS, it should not be free. Even without guns it is very good. But maybe without armament and no clickable cockpit?

Remember to land right pad. -
I would recommend CHUCK’S GUIDES – DCS UH-1H HUEY https://www.mudspike.com/chucks-guides-dcs-uh-1h-huey/ PART 14 – RADIO NAVIGATION gives good instructions, I used this when flew UN mission.

So what's your critical opinion on the new map
Lucidus replied to twistking's topic in DCS: Syria Map
I have Ryzen 3800x, 1080Ti, 32Gb, SSD and reverb and VR works well at least with helicopters. I would recommend Larkin Aviation in Syria campaign. It was very good and city was beautiful, I flew with Huey https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3312166/ -
I noticed some problems in mission 2. - Unloading cargo didn't worked. Door was opened but unloading trigger not (trigger which says missing adapter). I fixed it by removing check that soldiers are close enough. I assume there is some bug. - When I returned to base there was helicopter in my pad. There was room for me too but it would be natural not to land when pad is occupied. The pad next to my pad was free. And that was my mistake. I used always wrong landing pad, checked it now.

What other options we have than ED? DCS is unique and thanks to ED we have it.

We need planes for Channel map but I haven't heard anything new. Mosquito FB Mk.VI had first fly in 1942.

Should we have an editor where we would create our own avatars? That would be best.

Bronies are far better than some people who try to say who have a right to be here. We all are fligt simmers here, bronies, trekkies etc.

I finally decided which warbird to my first in DCS and got Spitfire, I had already WW2 Assets and Channel map. TF-51 is much easier to take-off, Spit needs practising without aids.
-
I bought WW2 Asset Pack, did bought Channel in earlier sale. I have only TF-51 and warbird with weapons missing. I canät decide which one, so maybe in next sale. I bought IL2: BoB (sale) so I can test those warbirds and make decision. I tested (IL2) some yesterday and FW190, Spitfire anf P51 were best. I have heard that DCS Spitfire gunsight is worser than IL2 and targeting is hard with it. Is that true? P47 was harder to fly than those three above some reason.

I tested Hornet and Harrier when they were free and noticed nothing problems with VR (Reverb).

Any suggestions for Rudder Pedals

I have Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFG Crosswind, they are excellent. -
I've never seen in my life such detail in a flight simulator map
Lucidus replied to Simon1279's topic in DCS: The Channel
I do not know best if you look OrbX TE maps (I have GB South for X-Plane) or FS2020 maps but it is very good and I will recommend it. It run pretty well with Reverb VR. Yes, I did mission for F/A 18 with mission editor today. Only my WW2 airplane has no weapons (Free mustang). Now when I have the channel map, I am tempted to buy some WW2 plane. I try wait to next sale :) Which one you recommended? Bf109 (G-2) has been in Finland airforce so it could be good choice to me. But if I want to be allied side, which one I should take? -
I think Varjo works with compoter which run reverb similary. Varjo offer 87 Degree fov with lower resolution than Reverb. Additionally Varjo offer 60 PPD vision in center of vision field. I think it uses eye tracking to define where better resolutiion is, but I am unsure how good it is. Varjo Next-generation Bionic Display™ with resolution at over 20/20 vision (over 60 PPD / 3000 PPI), flicker-free screen refresh at 60/90 Hz. Combining two 1920 x 1080 low persistence micro-OLEDs and two 1440 x 1600 low persistence AMOLEDs. So Varjo have 2 * 1920 x 1080 + 2 * 1440 x 1600 = 8 755 200 pixels Reverb have 9 331 200 pixels (114 degree fov), Varjo have lesser pixel count.

It can't be when it miss one camera. Most situations we do not need tracking above head, so it may be not a big problem.
-
Top camera or different camera placement (like Quest). If they had put one more camera on top, it would be no brainer for me. My reverb is excellent except what comes controller tracking.
