  1. I think these missions might make a lotta sense: Take out tank battalions closing in on the allied armor Search and engage artillery and rocket artillery (Zunis and Smerchs) while F-16s overhead provide SEAD & DEAD. Escort an Air Assault and be their cavalry Escort ground convoys A deep strike against a radar A deep strike against a Smerch team A deep strike against dug-in armor but you are gonna want F-16s or A-10s taking out AAA and SHORADs.
  2. Me too. I have some missions I'm going to sit on @Eight Ball so I can slide your stuff in. Also might reduce the amount of stuff that end users need to download.
  3. My understanding from translating this Russian forum page is Eagle Dynamics is making Toyota technical trucks and now to stand by for a newsletter announcement. Whew.
  4. A-10C II Basic Missions.7zTrack and log attached. Should help @[ED]Obi!
  5. The Toyota technical is what the Syria map needs. Many thanks. GOOGLE TRANSLATE INTO RUSSIAN: Техника Toyota - это то, что нужно карте Сирии. Большое спасибо.
  6. Two bugs to report: 1) Just jumped into a F-16C after my A-10C crashed and even when I throttled back to max conserve fuel back to base; the afterburner was still on in the external model. Afterburner stuck on F-16C Throttle All the Way Back 2) I had severe problems moving my head around the VC cockpit. Sometimes the HUD would be in the wrong place, sometimes I'd have to cycle in and out of F1 view to be able to pan around the cockpit and look out the canopy. Really makes landing impossible. There has got to be an easier way to pan using just the mouse to look around the cockpit like I do w/ the A-10C Warthog II w/ NO issues. Maybe a bug, maybe a feature, maybe a problem on my end but you tell me.
  7. I've noticed this for a while, and frankly I've had enough. How come is it when I eject and ditch into the Black Sea I drown and die? But if I eject over land I make a safe landing? One would think I'd just end up in an inflatable raft waiting for pickup. Below is a YouTube posting of a screen capture - thanks Windows 10 - of what happens.
  8. Thanks, and I've lowered my seat.
  9. My bet is 0001 Hours, December 25 Moscow time.
  10. How do I scale the HUD so all the data fits on there - right now having some data run off the page? Thanks!
  11. Thanks @Eight Ball. Me like the SUVs you have there. Excited for what's next!
  12. Yeah, I would only place the bare minimum (e.g. skins of purchased modules) in the core Directory at this point. But that's me.
  13. Thanks @Grimes this did the trick. Thanks for the tech support.
  14. Sure, can I wait to start until Monday evening? I am traveling until then!
  15. Thanks I'll give this a shot. Because AI's idea of enough forgets the AEGIS defenses...
  16. I've got this mission where I've got two sets of four Tu-22Ms and they don't fire all their KH-22s all at once but only a few at a time, then they orbit, wait for the USS Porter (a Burke-class AEGIS) to shoot them down, and then fire a few more KH-22s. Any chance to get the Tu-22M Backfires to fire all their missiles upon acquiring the USS Porter? Thanks.
  17. I disagree about "fine as it is now". The base needs to have its parking fixed/updated as per many YouTube videos shared here. Good update @Ala13_ManOWar on the runway situation.
  18. At this point, Khmeimim needs to have its mapping of runways & parking redone. Good 3-d models though. Should only take a few days to fix and make as accurate as RW.
  19. I found a MRAP thru a third party:
  20. This is going to be a rad AH-64 & H-60 platform for sure! Thank you!
  21. While I wait for @damienntrix or one of you to get back to me about the above - which was a source of insomnia last night... here's a simple mission and mission log to see that yes these trucks do work. Simple Vehicle Test 01.miz Testing the Trucks - Success.log Granted this is a rinky-dink mission with the vehicles above to the point you start on the active runway; but it's also a chance to take the A-10C II out and practice with some weapons. Ask nicely and I'll change the airplane and mission name to almost any you like. Requires this pack and the Syria map. Finally, proof the trucks' guns work: A MRAP vs. Insurgent Gun Battle Jeep Attacking Infantry Beagle Attacking (Static) Infantry
  22. From last night: The two attack jets in the hangars are Su-25T Frogfoots if you must know. Figured I'd share a screenshot in the hope the parking spots to the left are opened up to Su-24s, Su-27s and Su-34s soon please.
  23. I'd recommend trying out this for starters: I can assure you @LetMePickThat desert focus makes it hard for me to work with as I finish up a Georgian mission set as per below: Just trying to kid me that this is gravel over the NASAMS command bunker Note the sandy berms - and yes, this was a setup I had to delete since the HERCO barriers block the radar. There are also sand-colored herco barriers.
  24. Curious what the story is on these two vehicles - I cant' find them anywhere on the Internet... Beagle Bulldog At least this one's pretty damn easy to ID as the original MRAP - thanks for doing this: The Cougar MRAP
