Come on ED, the PFM for the Su-33 is just taking too long. I know you can't please everyone, every time, I understand that, but honestly, this is taking too long! At least some news on progress would be appreciated!

Do you have any Anti-virus/firewall? That too may cause this problem. Try uninstalling that or disabling it. -

In nvidia settings, try changing: Power Management Mode: Prefer Maximum Performance. Multiple display/mixed GPU acceleration: Single display performance mode. Maximum pre-rendered frames: 2 Vertical Sync: Adaptive Make sure you are changing all this for profile: DCS Blackshark. Turn off Lens Effects and Depth of Field in DCS settings, they are not really necessary when flying in the cockpit. If after changing even those and you still have the problem, I'm really not sure comrade!!! -

Please post system specs. Also, run the comp in High Performance mode. Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options if not already done. -
Okay, probably "promise" is the wrong word, for ex: statements like "we aim to release (state feature here) by the end of this year" and "coming to DCS World soon". That's the stuff I'm talking about. Although no promises were made, it gets the hopes up and we (the consumers) end up getting disappointed when things don't get released. As for flight models, there are some ED flight models which need addressing (at least that I know of) like the F-15C over-stress modelling is absent and then come the third parties which are in constant state of addressing their flight models. Modules that come to mind are Mirage, MiG-21, Hawk.. et cetera. I know its not easy and I'm no programmer and they are doing their best, but its just taking too long IMHO. My point to ED is get the underlying game mechanics and merge in place so that third parties and everyone get a stable base, then focus on making it pretty. That's my gripe!!! Yes, I know, you guys will say they are different teams altogether, but still its taking too long and we are not getting younger everyday. Oh well, let me just stop there. :music_whistling:

Yeah, that's true, there are people who like all this pretty graphics and nice models, lighting and everything you mentioned, but honestly, for me at least, and the guys I fly with, the bugs in flight modeling, air-to-air missile physics and guidance, features promised years ago and still not delivered are just breaking the experience and are holding me back from giving more money to ED until such features and bugs are rectified and delivered!

I have unlocked frame rate, but standard 1080p screen and there are no stutters on my end.

I didn't do any registry cleaning at all and yet all three versions work fine for me!! I just followed instructions on the PDF. Thanks Novak and M3 team.

Maybe, it was written when the MiG was first out! Must check it again though! EDIT: The guide works. See track. BTW, it was done with realistic gunsight checked. Try it for yourself. MiG Bombing1.trk

Here is a nice bombing guide written by 159th_Royalman With this method you can drop the bombs accurately 1,5-1 km from target. This allows you to remain relatively safe at altitude. Great for taking out T-72's. It needs to be practiced though. Setting up your Run: - Minimum altitude 3000 meters, otherwise you do not have enough time to aim at the target. - 30-40 degree dive. Any less than 30 degrees will put you too close to the target! Aiming: During your dive keep the target between the 2nd and 3rd lower mark in the vertical scale of the Grid in your HUD. Once you get close enough the piper will appear from underneath and it will travel up your HUD. Simply press your release button when the piper is over the target. Pictures below. Note: hold your release button down for a few seconds after the bombs released. Otherwise the second pair of bombs might fail to drop on your second attack.

With R-27 series missiles being so ineffective at any range, its just not fun/satisfying anymore to fly the Su-27/Su-33 & MiG-29s in any BVR fight because the missiles just don't work. The only weapon that is useful on the Flankers and Fulcrums right now is the Gsh-301 cannon!

Yes, I agree a key is a far better deal!

The big question comrade Karamb, when are you developing the PFM & ASM for this? ;) Great work as always!!!

Thanks comrade Novak and M3 team. This is really great news!!!

What?!?! Did we get Su-33 PFM with the latest DCS 2.0 patch?
Drona replied to Schmidtfire's topic in DCS: Flaming Cliffs
Well, at least that's some good news to all Su-33 lovers!!! -
You can bet he will be/was reprimanded especially with parts coming off the aircraft. That will be a black mark on the pilot's record. The tea boy part goes without saying of course :megalol:

Hmm, let's see, the Western side already has the Mirage 2000C (4th gen modern) and you guys are going to get the F-14A and B, F-18C, and the Eurofighter Typhoon. What do the Eastern side get? Nothing, nada

What started as an R-27ER thread has now evolved into a discussion about the AIM-7M!!! Anyways, I really wish ED does something about the general SARH situation and especially the R-27ER, R-27R, and AIM-7M. Also, the ARH missiles should perform a lot better than they currently do. It's been almost 5 years since the release of the AFM A2A missiles and nothing much has really changed since that time and might I say its been a frustrating 5 years experience to the extent that its much more enjoyable to fly the ground pounders than A2A. I just feel this integration or merge is taking way too long, which incidently has also taken around 5 years and still ongoing. The answer I'm most likely to get is there is an engineer working on the missiles and they are two different teams [insert additional lame excuse here]. All I'm saying its about time something's done about this instead of us customers continually complaining and arguing about missiles.

Well, I wouldn't put it past these ruskies putting beryoza on the HUD or HDD. Maybe the charts you have are of an earlier test model or something.
